I am extremely pleased to advise that I received outstanding care from Kendra, Jesse, and Dr. Ezeume during my 6-22-2024 visit to the Fountain Hills Medical Center emergency center.

I arrived in extreme pain and was treated immediately with care, kindness, and professionalism by all.

I thank Kendra, Jesse, and Dr. Ezeume of Fountain Hills Medical Center for their excellent care.

They have the friendliest staff, clean environment, latest technology. The owner Dr Schleifer sets the tone. I drive from McCormick Ranch every time I need medical help

This is a great facility and I'm so glad we ha have it in Fountain Hills. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've gone here twice and each experience was positive.

I am so impressed with the excellent care I received by each member of the staff. I felt well looked after. Each person exhibited excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend this facility to the community of which they serve.

My personal experience was Fast but Careful, patiently listening, administering appropriate and considerate care, all kind people who want to help you feel better. I am so thankful they were there for me, identified my painful condition and provided relief. I could not have asked for more.

They gave me excellent care from the moment I was in the there.After my extensive exam I was given much paper work as to what they diagnosed me with. I am very thankful for their care.

I tripped. Had some injuries. Saw this facility that day (Tuesday). Returned for bandage change on Wed. Then today, Monday, I had cellulitis. A wonderful doctor took care of me. Nurses wonderful as well.

The only down side was the delay in getting an ambulance but not their fault

Responsive caring and professional

I've been to this ER a bunch of times and haven't always had the best experience but every single staff member last night were amazing. I went around 1020pm and the woman filling in at the front was delightful and welcoming and was more concerned about my health than treating me like a transaction as I've had happen in the past there. She even made me feel smiley while leaving. The woman who took my vitals and gave me my meds, she had great bed side manner and was good at keeping my mind of stuff which helped me keep heart rate down. The nurse, he was so comforting and diligent about making sure all was set up correctly and made the visit easy. The doctor was the best one i had yet there. He truly wanted to help me any way he could and checked on me and didn't diagnose me without running tests. I appreciate you all so much.

I highly recommend FHMC for any unexpected medical emergency. I have had to visit them on several occasions and have always been pleased with every aspect of my visit. Wait times have been good. Personnel and medical staff are extremely competent and very friendly
