I was treated fast… and diagnosed.

I came in the ER in the worst state and was treated promptly and with care. The front desk/receptionist, nurses and doctor had great bedside manner and addressed my needs fast. I’m so thankful for their care. The facility was clean and spacious. Could not ask for a better emergency visit. I would trust their care for my friends and family.

I have a complicated medical conditions being breast cancer on chemo, chronic anemia and lupus...I had an exacerbation of all 3 causing me weakness, pain and dehydration...My nurse Jenny was absolutely lovely, very attentive and fun to talk with especially in a not so easy situation...Dr. Stavridis allowed me to explain my history and he ordered exactly what i needed to get better...He checked in with me a number of times providing me with results as they were completed...I felt i was in as good of hands as if i was at a big facility...Awesome job!...I love this place!

Great experience. Was able to see the doctor quickly and the tests were immediately run and diagnosis given and I was on my way. Great addition to Fountain Hills.

The Center is immaculate, the staff very supportive and attentive, and the doctor was very responsive to my condition and questions

Everyone was extremely helpful. I arrived in excruciating knee pain and believe it or not, within 45 minutes of getting Toradol, I was much better. Thank you, Dr Stavridis, nurse Keith and the female nurse that was working with them on the morning of 10/24. This is, at least the 3rd time I’ve been to Fountain Hills ER, and gotten excellent care.

All I can say is just wonderful, caring family that’s what it feels like being cared for by your family. I can’t give enough stars to fountain Hills emergency room.

I have had a very positive experience with Fountain Hills ER & Medical center. They got me in to see the doctor right away and were totally professional in every way. Test were ordered and given within a few minutes. And the results were discussed by the doctor shorty afterwards. It was not at all crowded when I arrived and I have used them several times in the last year. I would highly recommend them when in need for immediate care.

My husband is a 67 year old disabled veteran. This is a super place! The doctors are fantastic and the nurses are awe! It is a great place to go when you have unsettling ER needs.

The staff is very attentive and immediately addressed my health issues and made me comfortable while doing some tests and waiting on results. I left there feeling so much better with a proper treatment plan. I also am a patient at the primary care and absolutely love the doctors and staff. We are lucky to have them here.

I was so impressed with the care I received. Everyone was very hospitable. I will pick this Urgent care again when I need help.

This is the second time I had to use the facility on an emergency basis. Both were related to Falls. This time I broke my wrist and they took great care of me in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking care.

A week ago I broke my wrist and went to the Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with how they treated me and cared for me. I’m older I live alone and I was quite frightened. But they did all the test they needed to do, and took great care of me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I always get great care without waiting long. The drs and nurses are thorough and personable. Much better than regular emergency rooms. They have basic X-ray equipment too.

I love Fountain Hills ER in Medical Center! Every time I've gone out there I've had a great experience. The doctors and nurses and staff are all very professional and very helpful! They make everything much easier than what I'm used to. They are rock stars and everything about their facility is fantastic. When I have medical problems this is the place I go to. As an old retired man I need some place that has this kind of positive outlook toward older disabled veterans. Thank you Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center! You guys are the best!

I've been to this facility several times. Every time has been a wonderful experience. From registration to discharge and everything between, the staff and doctors are fantastic! The radiology team are professional, very kind, and always explain the entire process. I highly recommend!
