This place is amazing the staff is super friendly and was more of a family type environment they treated us like family and they don’t waste no time they are straight to the point. Fast and very kind!! Recommend going here.

I had the BEST experience at Fountain Hills Medical Center. The wait time was minimal. The medical team was professional, kind and compassionate. They couldn't do enough to make sure you were comfortable, attended to and taken care of at all times. The Doctor was extremely knowledgable, caring and proactive. It's so nice to know that the expertise, professionalism and compassion still exists in the medical field. I found it at Fountain Hills Medical Center. Thanks to the entire team for taking such good care of me!

Nurses were extremely friendly and kept the vibe lighthearted and comfortable, which helped ease the pain and stress a lot. Doctor was also very knowledgable, very confident, and extremely professional.

Nice and friendly staff but there was a lot of waiting around.

Everyone was kind to me. There was detailed attention to my medical needs. I commend the doctor for doing many tests to solve my illness. I am so thankful that all the lab work, X-ray and cat scan and IV fluids could be done there with quick reports. I am very pleased.

I received excellent medical care for my eyebrow and scalp wounds. Doctor Roberts was very careful to close my eye laceration with 8 very fine stitches which should leave little scarring. He was also concerned about my scalp laceration and effectively closed the skin separation with 3 staples. He performed these procedures with the help of lidocaine to deaden the pain. The medical staff was attentive and very pleasant during our visit.

I found Founain Hills ER to be very helpful. From the receptionist to the nurse and especially Dr. Mead.
The nurse ask a lot of questions to make sure they had everything right. I especially liked Dr. Mead and the way he approached my situation on my hand. I felt very comfortable with everything that they were doing for me while I was there.

This place is a gem for those who live in Fountain Hills. It is an immaculate facility. Very welcoming. The receptionist was friendly, kind and very efficient. I saw a doctor and nurse. I truly felt as though I were the only person being seen. Everyone was attentive, at one time suggesting a blanket if I were cold. I would definitely recommend using this ER if needs be. How fortunate our little town is. Thank you everyone who took great care of me.

Because they have proximity, less than a mile from my home. Top ER docs, technicians and skilled nursing in a pristine environment with new scan and scan x-ray equipment! Unlike Scottsdale HH at Shea and 90th street. When one is short on breath, and you feel just short of calling 911! For god sake do not make the 15 mile trip where you wait hours in a dump!

Even though at half staff, everyone was very caring and attentive. The doctor gave me a very thoughtful analysis of potential reasons for my condition.

Efficient and caring staff . All the equipment on site to do testing . EKG , bloodwork , cat scan .
They were very thorough .

It is close to where I live and I got great service.

The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. They really know what they are doing. They listen and offer great medical treatment and advice.

Very nice.
I was so sick. Wanted to sleep to deal with the pain. Have found I have an infection in my blood coming from my liver. Spent 10 days in the hospital. You didn’t have the means to discover this I guess.
I am home getting antibiotics through an IV. I feel awful so weak. Hard to walk.

Very thorough and hellful

A good experience for me. The staff was thorough and pleasant . I felt my medical problem was addressed well and left with a treatment plan I was comfortable with.

Everyone at this Medical Facility was great!
Went out of their way to help me with my problem.
I had first gone to Urgicare next door but they had just Closed! It was Friday 12:08pm.
Never heard of a Urgicare closing so early on a weekday.
I might add I am from Pennsylvania. Just here visiting with our son.
I would recommend this facility (ER)to anyone!
