Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Excellent experience. Friendly front desk staff. Clean waiting lobby. Short wait time. Both nurse & Dr. listened, diagnosed & explained, took action immediately to ease my issues & prescription sent in to local pharmacy. I was from out of state, visiting relatives so it was really nice to be in & out w/in an hour.

Took good care of me when i came in with a painful throat infection and cough. Intake a little slow, but no more than you'd expect from any place. Polite and attentive through the whole thing, patient with me even when pain was making me short tempered.

Very nice, service was good. Enjoy the atmosphere.

I have been to the FH ER several times. Once for myself and a couple of other times for family. It is always clean and comfortable. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Fountain Hills Medical Center is by far the best facility I’ve gone to outside a large hospital with their equipment facilities and other staff. They even had overnight accommodations. They were very professional and were very attentive to me and keeping my doctor informed as to my medical condition.

Fountain Hills ER & Medical center is excellent. The staff are the most caring people and professional. The facility is immaculate. My exam was thorough and everyone cared how I was. I will go to FHER&MC always because it was a wonderful experience.
