They came in and told us what they were doing and were very good.

I am a retired CA General Contractor from 1975, to 2006. I have done government, industrial, commercial, and Residential properties all over Southern California, involving several million dollars. As such, I have had to evaluate every kind of craft and trades. After getting 3 estimates for flat roof
Repairs front and rear, I chose 5 Guys because of their professional communication, showing pictures of the existing conditions, and what they proposed to do to fix the problems. Once chosen, everyone I talked with, was courteous and the crew members were professional, Ben and 2 workers finished
In one day, came early morning to check after the elastomeric coating dried. I am very happy and pleased with this company's performance, and definitely recommend them to others.

I am a retired General Contractor. who lived in San Diego for 30 years,
but was licensed in California and worked all over Southern California for
44 years. I have run jobs with 35-40 subcontractors to crunch bids and
award contracts to perform on small or large jobs as big as 10 million
dollars. I had 3 bids on my own townhouse in Fountain Hills, AZ. 5 guys
was the second lowest, but I liked their professionalism from the estimator, project manager, and the 3 man crew, run by Ben, who was
very courteous, communicated what and when needed. We had the
front and rear flat roofs cleaned, repaired, and recoated with elastomeric
coating. They provided pictures before and after, most was done in one
day, and came back early next morning after the coating dried, to complete the job. Good company, I recommend them from start to finish!

Very polite and professional was kids enough to enter the office and apologize for the noise assuring us they will try to keep it down very clean and neat there was no debris or tools or nonsense laid strewn around very pleased
