We had a roof leak and had a few people out for quotes. Five Guys were the only ones that showed up when they said they would and took care of the removal of my solar panels and re-install without any hesitation. Everyone else wanted to make those a huge deal! Five Guys followed through with everything they said and handled things perfectly! I highly recommend!

I have been using Five Guys Roofing on all my properties for over 7 seven years. They are always on time, honest, and quite frankly, do the best job around. The whole process, from obtaining an estimate to actual work performed is flawless. I highly recommend anyone to use Five Guys Roofing.

Desiree is very friendly and professional. Their personnel always gets back to me when I call with a concern. I have been trying for over a year to find a company to fix my roof and all that I heard was that it needs to be replaced most were $18,000 which I could not afford. I decided to call 5 Guys because they replaced my neighbor’s roof and it looked great and in my neighborhood we have green tile roofs and that is hard to find. I was given an estimate to fix or replace, both reasonable. I decided to have it fixed, while the were fixing it, they found there was a lot more rot than the thought so they had to replace a large section of it and my 10’ facia board was also rotten so they replaced and paint matched for my neighborhood. I expected to be charged more, I was not, I am VERY happy and would recommend to everyone!!!

Five guys roofing - a very professional company. Five guys roofing is VERY thorough in estimating the work to be done when asked to do a roof inspection. Their estimate includes details and a photo report which clearly outlines work to be done (both in areas we were concerned with and in areas where we did not expect issues.

Our general property inspector dod not find a fraction of the issues that Five Guys showed us. We are so glad we used Five Guys. The work was completed neatly and efficiently with no refuse or mess afterwards.

My realtor, Cory McDonald with Platinum Living, had 5 Guys Roofing perform a roof inspection on a home I was interested in purchasing. They performed a very thorough review and report along with a quote to make the necessary repairs. Once I moved in, I scheduled them to make the repairs. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were very cordial, efficient, kept a clean work area and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend 5 Guys for all roofing needs.

I have to say, I got off to a rough start initially. Five Guys had sent out a gal to do a five point inspection and give me an estimate to put up three times that had fallen off the roof. Anyway, she showed up and was in a crazy rush and an hour early. Didn't do an inspection and then blurted out a price to fix the tiles as she was running back to her van. Needless to say, I thought that was expensive for what I thought would be just a few tiles. Anyway, I didn't want to pay for the inspection since I didn't get one. One of the owners, (or the owner) Justin, reached out to me and apologized profusely for what happened and came out and gave me a proper inspection. I was really glad he did do it! These guys are the absolute best! They were in and out of there quickly, the roofer that was working on my tile roof was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend and use these guys again.

The guys at Five Guys Roofing did a great job on our house. My initial call to Jake was quick and to the point and he came out the next day to look at the work that needed to be done. Jake with Five Guys followed through with all of his promises. He was on time to all of his appointments and was very professional when explaining what kind of work to expect from them. We hired Five Guys to repair our entire tile roof and it was done in a timely manner and looks amazing! Jake was responded to his text messages immediately and answered all of my questions.

Brent was very knowledgeable and explained what they did to repair roof.Im hopeful this will resolve issue this time.

Tyler let me know when he was coming and then was on time, actually early. He was very professional and got his work done quickly. His explanation for the problem was understandable as was the approach to fixing the leak problem. Add to that a quick fix to the problem (2/28/20)...nothing to complain about with this process!

1/23/20 Ben & Ty from 5 Guys Roofing came to the house to do a 10'x10' patch that had been done by another roofer and was just terrible! They were on time and about as pleasant as you can be. They looked the job over with me and tore the old patch off, found some other problems under it and explained exactly how they were going to fix the issues. They did a great job and you can not tell there is a patch there at all. It was obvious the Ben really knew what he was doing with asphalt shingles repairs! I highly recommend 5 Guys roofing! The estimate process was not quite so smooth so I was a bit concerned but the end results was a great job and I could not be happier.
