I had my roof replaced two years ago by a different roofing company than Five Guys. The owner was well-spoken and professional but then the roofers came....They came in an unmarked truck with a bunch of dirty guys. They took longer than expected, they placement of shingles suggested poor training. I had to have them re-cement end cap places because it was so poorly done and unsightly. The head roofer was jailed for some reason during the process. They left cigarettes on my roof. The flat roof was rippled and poorly pieced and had to be redone. I continually had to point out the pieces of dry rot they missed. No surprise that they had gone bankrupt by the time I next checked, leaving numerous customers mid project. I had learned my lesson. I was extremely relieved to find Five Guys. They are on time, well trained, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and take before and after pictures because I really don't want to climb up that high. They clean up the messes thoroughly and they'll paint fascia that has to be replaced. I moved into a new house and have since had to use Five Guys repair three different leaks and will be glad when I can have them replace the whole roof for my piece of mind.
