Five Guys worked with me on getting the project completed on time and under budget. They even came back at my request to perform a water test to be doubly sure that things were done to my satisfaction. As a bonus they sent out there team to clean off pine needles from the entire roof and gutter system at no additional cost. As a senior, this was really important to me on both fronts. The crew worked hard and did a nice job. A second crew put the finish coat on. It looks great and they cleaned everything up. There was a rain storm that night and runs, drips, or errors. Great job guys

5 Guys is awesome - exactly what I was looking for when I knew it was time for a new roof. The team was very communicative from the start. They were great at setting my expectations on all the details... tile color, bird stops, gutters, etc. When they were up there, the project managers took narrated video and texted me them so i was apprised of the progress. I want to shout out to Courtney for her expertise and thoroughness, and also to David for his outstanding customer service. I very specific requests re: painting some mortar, placement of new tiles, etc and David definitely went the extra mile. He's been in communication even after the job wrapped to make sure we're satisfied. Thanks 5 Guys!

We were extremely happy with the inspection and replacement of the roof shingles. In addition they removed the old swamp cooler and all its piping. They came and reconnected the air conditioner unit and redid the drain. This was done with expert service and care. I would highly recommend this company to do any roofing or air conditioning work in the future and to my family. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. All their personnel were courteous and helpful.

Excellent service and workmanship

Good price, and the company was responsive. Crew showed up on time and was fast, neat and professional. McKay Sibley communicated well, and the job was completed quickly. They were short about 25 roof cap tiles which needed to be picked up and installed after the main crew was finished. It took about 4 days for them to get back to it, but it was all done well and no problems.

Tanner was great! He sat down with us and explained our options on roof replacement, what the process would be with the workers, and assured us he would be available at any time during the project. We had to contact him a few times with questions, and he always responded promptly and was always able to address our questions in a helpful way. McKay, our project supervisor, was also great. He came out a couple of extra times to answer questions we had as to why something was being done in a certain way,. The roofers worked very hard, and did a great job on our roof, and both Tanner and McKay made sure we were totally happy with the finished product. I would whole-heartedly recommend this company.

Five guys and Tanner did an excellent job in responding to my questions prior to agreeing to the work and in completing the work timely and. efficiently. They even sent photos of the work while in progress and when it was completed which was appreciated since we are unable see what is going on on the roof. Thank you for protecting us just in time for monsoon season.

They were very professional and efficient. Everything was done on time and the people I spoke with were always courteous. They took pictures of the finished job and sent them and sent texts to keep you updated on progress. Finally, I so appreciated them working out a payment plan for me without having to get bank financing. I had been out of work due to Covid and they were very accommodating and I so appreciate that. Other roofing companies were not as helpful. I will gladly recommend them.

Moved me up in the schedule, did a full video/photo survey in advance, and then daily videos on progress. Hard workers, excellent job, very good communications. Very happy with the job done.

On Monday, June 16, 2020, Tanner Bush conducted a roof inspection on our home and two neighboring homes in Globe, Arizona. He arrived exactly on time for our appointment and spent an hour inspecting the roofs. He was very professional, took photos of the problem areas, and recommended appropriate repairs. We haven’t yet received the estimate for the repairs, so I can’t review quality or value at this time. However, the inspection price was very reasonable especially considering the travel time to Globe. Tanner’s personality and knowledge makes him an valuable asset to the Five Guys team.

Five guys executes their responsibilities with timely professionalism beginning with the first customer call through final inspection once work is completed. Working with Five Guys on both commercial and residential projects has been a great partnership.
