We have used Five Guys for several projects and Jake as well as the rest of the staff have always been great to work with. If I ever have an issue, I can reach out to Jake to resolve it!

We have used Five Guys Roofing on our house and our condos over the last few years. They are honest, dependable and fairly priced. Today, Cesar and Martin did an excellent job rebuilding our tile porch roof and back porch as well as sealing a cracks they found throughout the main roof. A job well done!

Today I want to give a massive 'kuddos' to someone who has always been there for me and my family. Misha D. I have purchased my condo in Scottsdale Country Club back in Aug of 2020. I believe my initial dealing with Misha started around 2021 when I had some minor issues that I needed looked after. From 2021 to 2023, she has been nothing but professional, timely, prompt, responsive, understanding and helpful with each of my inquiries. Here recently around March 2023 we had some heavy rains. I have reached out to her for help. I had been directed to the account team for assistance. Things were going nowhere and I reached back out to her for help out of desperation. She took complete control of the situation, got TJ involved and took care of my issues. I am truly grateful to have Misha looking after me and my family. Many others in the service industry should take note of her attitude...

Keigan and Matt came out and made quick work of a leaky roof over our fireplace. They were responsive and texted before they came out.

Five Guys has been my vendor of choice for roof repairs at commercial properties I manage. Cesar and Martin completed repairs for me at two separate buildings on the same day. We had some access issues and rather than leave the job to reschedule, they inquired with a tenant and waited for management to let them in so the work could be completed as anticipated. Really appreciate this crew!

Joel Marciel and his crew did a great job. They were punctual, fast, friendly, clean, thorough, and affordable. They sent step by step updates with pictures and made sure they covered everything we agreed on.

Really happy with this warranty repair. The first recoating leaked which was frustrating but very happy that Five Guys stood behind their work and came back out to make it right.

Five guys did a great job on the roof and communicated progress throughout the project with pictures and text. Joel and his team had to replace lots of wood because of issues and did a great job walking me thru when they saw an issue for approval. I would use them again for sure!

Dave was great! He gave us an honest roof inspection during our inspection period on our new home.

Dave was awesome. He was quick to respond to my call. He had a few ideas on where the leak was coming from. To get rid of the “guess work” he performed a thorough water test to identify the leak. 5 stars for Dave at five guys roofing.
