I was referred by my neighbor and he put me in touch with Desirae on a Sunday and she got me all set up Monday. The guy who came out was right on time. So friendly and professional. They set me up for Monday but got a cancellation and we’re able to fix my roof Friday. I could not be happier with every associate. They are excellent representation of the business. I will refer five guys to all my friends who need roof repair

Need to have a small patio roof and my main patio roof replaced. Main patio was done in a day, but the smaller one needed some extra TLC. They made all the arrangements and got it done. What really got me though was when we were having those horrible winds, the tarp that was over my small patio came off. I called late afternoon and within an hour, there was a guy knocking on my door to get that hammered back down. In terms of customer service and communication, these guys can't be beat!

Great initial interaction, scheduling, and installation completion. Maybe a bit pricy (compared to other house owners with similar work) but no complaints. Nice job.

In the process of selling my house, I had an Inspection 2 weeks ago. The Inspection found cracked tiles and cracked mortar joints. In May of 2020, 5 Guys had repaired my roof, due to a water leak and also inspected the whole roof for cracked tiles and mortar joints, all with a 5 year warranty. All the original work was supposedly repaired, by one of there teams. When I received the Inspection report, I couldn't believe what it found. I contacted 5 Guys Roofing immediately, regarding the inspection report. Unfortunately the team that did my original work, in May, didn't do all of the work they were supposed to. 5 Guys stood by their warranty, and had a team come out and make the necessary repairs stated in the inspection report, at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend 5 Guys, They are a very professional organization, and quality organization!

2 young professionals arrived early and were super nice. We needed a back porch roof repaired. Previous owners did a sloppy job & left big pockets of tar which now was leaking on our newly installed turf. The 2 guys, from Five Guys, understood what needed to be done, and proceeded with the repair expertly. Most everything was done in about 4 hrs & then returned a second day for about an hour to seal everything up. We're VERY happy with the work they did and will absolutely be using them again.

We just bought our house in Suprise, we live in Washington State and were referred by our agent Keith Schreiber (awesome agent) and they were perfect, on time, quoted was on tract and no over costs, daily updates with pictures and we never felt out of the loop, job was completed on time on Friday 11/6 and we got here on the 9th, perfect lines and clean, no trash left behind, it was like they were never here but we got a new roof, my neighbors whom I've never met came over and told us that they were very impressed with the respect and quality that they showed for our house and neighborhood, customer service is outstanding and super friendly, every email starts with "hope your having a good day", we don't see that up north, this company is worth more then 5 stars, thank you Five Guys Roofing, great job.
