Jack was amazing, came over right when I call to take at my roof. The office handled my scheduling effectively and the technician was finished within a few hours! Highly recommend!

The crew that came out to do to the work were communicative and ensured the job was done right. They even returned an additional day with some extra tile when they found some additional more that were cracked.

We had 5 guys roofing come out to install a new underlayment on our tile roof. They were competitively priced and did a good job. Good communication throughout, flexible on scheduling, staff were easy to contact throughout.

I contacted Dave at 5 Guys Roofing to repair some damage to my roof. They came out a couple of days later and completed the work. The roofers were very professional, right on time and my roof looks great. I can’t thank Dave and his crew enough. I will definitely use them in the future

First of all, I have to start off by saying that Kenny and Von are a killer duo and they exceeded my expectations of this service tremendously.

The two gentleman showed up a little early and said they would patiently wait until I was ready to begin the process. We started a little early which was fine by me. I showed them how to access the roof (through our house, up the stairs, where the staircase goes up to a livable rooftop). They were respectful of our home and made me feel comfortable with a process that I had not gone through before.

They did not stop working I swear; Von was killing it up there in the heat! It’s not about speed though, the quality looks superb. Kenny’s customer service was off the charts.

Grade A work and Grade A customer service.

Dave Nicholas went above and beyond and exceeded my wildest expectations as a roofing account manager. If I could give him 6 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have used Five Guys Roofing on our house and our condos over the last few years. They are honest, dependable and fairly priced. Today, Cesar and Martin did an excellent job rebuilding our tile porch roof and back porch as well as sealing a cracks they found throughout the main roof. A job well done!

Today I want to give a massive 'kuddos' to someone who has always been there for me and my family. Misha D. I have purchased my condo in Scottsdale Country Club back in Aug of 2020. I believe my initial dealing with Misha started around 2021 when I had some minor issues that I needed looked after. From 2021 to 2023, she has been nothing but professional, timely, prompt, responsive, understanding and helpful with each of my inquiries. Here recently around March 2023 we had some heavy rains. I have reached out to her for help. I had been directed to the account team for assistance. Things were going nowhere and I reached back out to her for help out of desperation. She took complete control of the situation, got TJ involved and took care of my issues. I am truly grateful to have Misha looking after me and my family. Many others in the service industry should take note of her attitude...

Five Guys has been my vendor of choice for roof repairs at commercial properties I manage. Cesar and Martin completed repairs for me at two separate buildings on the same day. We had some access issues and rather than leave the job to reschedule, they inquired with a tenant and waited for management to let them in so the work could be completed as anticipated. Really appreciate this crew!

Joel Marciel and his crew did a great job. They were punctual, fast, friendly, clean, thorough, and affordable. They sent step by step updates with pictures and made sure they covered everything we agreed on.
