Tyler and his team did a great job for us! Communication was good and they were even able to get us a subcontractor, who was also awesome, to do our solar panels.

Highly recommend Five Guys. Tanner came out and inspected our roof and gave us our options and wrote up an estimate quickly and efficiently. The estimate was very reasonable and affordable! The office contacted us to schedule a date for repairs and put us on a waiting list in case there was a cancellation because we were selling our home and needed to get it taken care of sooner than later. Within a week they called that they had a cancellation and could take care of us sooner. The crew came out and fixed our roof and we were so impressed with the guys and the work they did. Tanner made himself available if we needed anything or had concerns or problems. We were able to have our roof taken care of quicker than we thought. From the first call to the end repair was less than 2 weeks! Thanks to Tanner and his team, hard to find business like this anymore and I can’t recommend them...

I contracted Five Guys Roofing 2 years ago to re-roof my home which is a flat roof and tile. They were low bidder and offered a 10 year warranty! I had just had a previous roofing contractor who I called on a warranty claim who sent me an invoice for $250. When I pointed out the work was done under warranty, he got upset and said he would no longer honor the warranty. So, after doing my due diligence, I contracted with them hoping for a better experience because they promised an annual inspection with any repairs completed as necessary. Well, after year one, they inspected my roof and said they wanted to refresh some spots which they did. Now, it been almost 2 years and after a strong rain, we did see some discoloration in our ceiling where we had a pervious leak. I called and they sent a repair team out to make the repairs- no questions asked. Not only that, they are sending another...

Pricing was very reasonable and the service from Quoting to installation was GREAT. They had an on site project manager who kept me updated along with Drone pics. Total install took a day and half. GREAT job 5 Guys.

Five Guys fit me in immediately when I had a problem. Where other companies saw dollar signs and tried to tell me that I needed a new roof, Jay from Five Guys gave me the truth by finding the area where the leak was coming from and telling me that all I needed was to fix that area and to patch up some other parts of the roof which needed attention. Otherwise my roof was in good condition. They came promptly and were very professional. I would recommend Five Guys for all your roofing needs!

I highly recommend Five Guys Roofing company. Tyler Green came to give me an estimate. He was on time and courteous. He explained what would happen next and the follow through was flawless. JT Gerdes came to my home for the repair. He was friendly, punctual, and very helpful. He made the repair in a timely manner. I reached out to JT a few days later and told him that I wanted him to come back to touch up a few areas. His response time was quick and he happily came back and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. The team at Five Guys is exceptional and their communication is impressive!

Great experience with Tyler Green and Cameron very professional from the beginning to the end.

They performed the work when scheduled. Billing and consultation, not so much. We were not in town when the work was done. We were supposed to get photos and an explanation of what happened. The first time we called, an invoice with a couple of pages of photos (without explanation) was sent. When I called back for an explanation, the person was 'on vacation' and someone would call me today or tomorrow. After a week, I had to call back and I got a call within a couple of days.

Once I got the explanation of the photos, I mailed the check, after receiving a 'gentle reminder' from accounts receivable. I responded about the 'gentle reminders' I had to give them.

FIVE GUYS ROOFING LLC, did an excellent & timely job of putting a new roof on our home in Globe, AZ. Their team worked & communication from appraisal through completion was outstanding.

This company was fantastic to work with! From Sam coming out to give us a free estimate, the office staff Cheri and Misha kept me informed the entire time. Scheduling was fast and communication was perfect! Kegan and Cesar made sure the job was done right and all repairs made. I love that they provide pictures of the work since there is no way I am getting up on the roof!

We had some repairs done to our roof and had a great experience with 5 Guys roofing. Cheri Brown and Misha were great at communicating with me to let me know what to expect and when. Jay McEuen was very professional when he came to make initial contact with us. Kenny came out to do the repairs and handled everything with grace. He was very polite and got everything taken care of! We appreciate all that Keagan and the crew did to help get our roof back in great condition!

5 Guys did an excellent job repairing my roof! I had broken/dislodged tiles, exposed underlayment, and cracked mortar caps and they fixed everything up good as new. Sam in sales did the initial inspection and provided a detailed list of recommended fixes with photos, and even helped me clean out a bird's next under my solar panels at no charge. Misha did an outstanding job of communicating to me during the project and providing support. Keagan did the post job walkthrough, addressed the work I had concerns about, and did a final inspection. All around, a great group of people!
