Devon trained our (at the time) 4 month old mini golden doodle, Bucky. We put him in the 2 week program and was incredibly impressed at the change in our puppy! Prior to placing him in the program, we had met with Devon and realized he is more than qualified to train our baby. He is an expert in dogs and understands the psychology of canines, which helps him better train and tailor the training program to fit each dog’s needs. He discussed with us his methods for training and explained thoroughly the reasons why these methods work. In the end, we felt comfortable to trust him with our furbaby. And as a result, we got a more confident and obedient puppy. He also made sure we understood how to reinforce the training he received and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions or needed a little refresher course- which we did several times!😆

Since then we’ve used his service for daycare and boarding and our now 1 year old Bucky gets so excited just pulling onto his street! We intend to get Bucky a brother this spring and will also send him to Devon’s for his training needs. We highly recommend First Gen Dog Training for gaining an obedient and more confident furbaby!🐶
