I’ve been extensively researching this for going on almost two years now. There are others that provide somewhat of the same however FILA University has the most comprehensive educational tools and support there is out there. No judgmental duress (on students), with firm and reasonable criteria -not having to jump thru ridiculous hoops, and Coach and his team really know their stuff. Confidence is key to winning this game. When you go through this process you will have understanding and hence unwavering confidence of who you are and the power and knowledge to flip the script.
