In 2019 there was a fire in my apartment which turned my light gray furniture black with smoke damage. Mike came in and told me he wasn't sure if they could get it all out but they would try. Amazingly these miracle workers returned my furniture back to almost new again! Now the other day my dog had an accident all over the living room sofa. Once again fiber dry came in and saved the day. They came right out within a half an hour. Kevin, I believe his name was, did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and applying the deodorizer which they did not charge me for! Mike and Stacy are awesome people! They really care about their customers and the situations they find themselves in. They work miracles on everything they touch and I'm looking forward to them coming out and clean my carpets. Their prices are unbeatable! Their customer Care services are unmatched by any!!! Very attentive to details and cleaned all the spots and an overall great cleaning. Guys were very nice and careful in cleaning around furniture. Price was very fair too!

I am a repeat customer because I am very pleased with the service I receive. Dave and Logan were very professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived according to the scheduled time and completed the task in a timely manner. My carpets look good, especially the highly trafficked areas, and it only took a couple of hours for them to dry, since they do not soak them. I highly recommend them for your carpet needs.

Terrific experience! the crew came in, explained everything about the procedure, answered all my questions and went to work. Within a short time they were able to remove some very tough carpet stains. They didn't try to upsell me which I greatly appreciated and stuck to the quoted price. The best part was that the carpet was dry within an hour or so. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely call again.

They are on time, quick, have very reasonable prices, and trust them to be in my house. I have recommended to friends as well, who have all had good experiences.
