In 2019 there was a fire in my apartment which turned my light gray furniture black with smoke damage. Mike came in and told me he wasn't sure if they could get it all out but they would try. Amazingly these miracle workers returned my furniture back to almost new again! Now the other day my dog had an accident all over the living room sofa. Once again fiber dry came in and saved the day. They came right out within a half an hour. Kevin, I believe his name was, did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and applying the deodorizer which they did not charge me for! Mike and Stacy are awesome people! They really care about their customers and the situations they find themselves in. They work miracles on everything they touch and I'm looking forward to them coming out and clean my carpets. Their prices are unbeatable! Their customer Care services are unmatched by any!!!
