I am an avid review reader, not a review writer, but I have to take time today to give a huge shout out and thank you to Mike.

I was a Fiber Dry customer when I lived in Dayton and really liked the company. Solid service, no complaints. After I moved cities I needed my carpet cleaned and had to use a new company, an experience that ended up leaving me questioning the safety of my carpet after it had been cleaned as well as upset about the damaged appearance left behind. After calling around to other companies to get opinions about what happened, I remembered Fiber Dry and, after explaining my situation, was connected with Mike, who was actually on his vacation, but took my call anyway and was beyond helpful. Excellent service! My carpets were cleaned 1 year ago by a competing company and left me very dissatisfied. The previous service was completed in 1/2 hour with spots still visible when they left. Fiber Dry Carpet removed those spots along with new spots that my daughter's dog left as presents! They completed a multi step process in order to give my seven year old carpet the appearance of being new again! The pricing was very fair and Mike was very knowledgeable and very personable. Could not have ask for better quality and service! I would highly recommend Fiber Dry Carpet to anyone!

These guys are simply amazing. I have never seen even comparable service in my life.
The person who came to clean our carpets was knowledgeable and professional. Answered all our questions. By the time he was done our carpets looked brand new. And no soap or toxic chemicals. No chemical odor after they left. Carpet dried in 60-90 minutes as promised because it was just lightly wet.

If you want your carpet to look as good as new USE FIBER DRY! Reasonable pricing, for a great carpet and upholstery cleaning!
