Fiber Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I have waited to write a review of Fiber Dry until I used them three times and each time was a good experience. The office was professional, effiecient, and very friendly each time I have called to set up an appointment. The crews who have come out to do the cleaning were likewise very friendly, and very effiecient. But most importantly, the results were as good as one could wish for. Between young grandchildren and pets, our carpets presented some difficult challenges, but were resolved completely. Totally satisfied and will definately be calling on them in the future.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They answered any questions I had and my carpet looked much better when they were done.

I have used Fiber Dry for a while and am very satisfied with them. They show up on time and listen to what is said. They call back to make sure you are satisfied with the service, If not they come back out and take care of the problem. I have recommended them to family members and they are satisfied as well.

Fiber Dry prices are the best around and if you have pets, their pet treatment is super affordable. I had another place give me a quote and they were twice as expensive as Fiber Dry. I don't go any where else!

When I was rejected by 2 other companies to get my sofa cleaned, fiber dry did the job and my sofa looked brand new! It was so bad I almost threw it out, I couldn't believe how well the cleaning was! Fiber Dry is a family owned business and my first hand experience was with Mike, one of the Operators and Sales Reps. He was extremely professional and explained everything about the service he was going to perform before beginning. I can attest that everything he claimed on behalf of fiber dry is true...2 hour dry time, stain removal, and attention to detail. He did not promise the world, but that was what I felt he delivered.

Fiber dry has set the bar for carpet care in our business. You can tell that they care about their customers, and take pride in the quality of their work. My other experiences have been with Clean Right and Stanley Steamer, which are somewhat cheaper options, but what you receive in return is worth the difference. Other companies would have been out in less than 30 minutes, but Fiber Dry was at our small property for over an hour.

Fiber Dry was the best carpet cleaning I have ever experienced in all my years of having carpets cleaned. The price was very affordable my carpets have never looked better and they were able to remove some pets stains and applied deodorizer that took the smell out without leaving a strong chemical smell like most deodorizers leave. The employees were very friendly, courteous and thorough. My carpets were dry in no time. I'll use this company and recommend them from to others from here on out.

Extremely happy with Fiber Dry. I will never use another service for carpet cleaning! Fiber Dry was very knowledgeable about the fabric on my sofa and chase lounge and how to clean each piece properly. Both pieces turned out beautiful! The employees are as nice as can can be.

Amazing job! We have white carpet and had some nasty stains that we didn't think would come out but they did!! Elijah even scrubbed some areas by hand. We can't say enough about Fiber Dry. They take time to do the job right and to the customer's satisfaction!

I had a fantastic experience working with Fiber Dry! They were prompt and efficient, as well as affordable. We have pets and children, and oatmeal colored carpet that was stained and smelly...in no time at all they had my carpet looking brand new. No more stains or odors! I spent more than their fee on a top of the line household spot carpet cleaner, but it just didn’t do the job. Their service was quick, the carpet was dry in no time, and I didn’t have to break a sweat! No more crawling on my hand and knees, scrubbing and dumping dirty water every 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again! And the staff was great to work with. Highly professional and super friendly. Five stars!

These guys were great. We didn't know if they'd come to Springfield from Dayton but they were more than happy to come out here. They took care of the furniture moving (we took out small stuff prior to help out) and it took very little time to get our carpets cleaned and was dry a short while afterwards. We were so impressed we are certain that they will be our guys as long as they're in business. Would absolutely recommend them!

We have been using Fiber Dry for many years. I would never consider any other place. They do an AMAZING job and will always come back if you have any problem with an area. Very economical and very pilot and professional. You can't go wrong with Fiber Dry. And the best part is that the carpet is dry in 2 hours!! AMAZING!
