Fiber-Dry was very easy to work with. I contacted them via email and they were very responsive. Quick with scheduling my appointment. At first I thought I would need to break the appointment up into 2 different visits but was able to get all the carpet cleaned in one visit. The team that came to my house was very professional and willing to share tips for carpet longevity. Just when I thought I was doing it right. lol. My carpet had not been professionally cleaned since we moved in the house. The basement carpet had stains from 8 years of sleepovers with boys pizza and pop. The Fiber-Dry team was able to get all the stains out. The well worn areas on the carpet throughout the house no longer look well worn. They really did a great job. I was impressed. My realtor suggested new carpeting but Fiber-Dry rescued it and brought it back to life.

Wowzah! Excellent work! They removed five year old PAINT off of the carpet! (Kid’s room) and removed any pet smells which lingered. Amazing work! Will call them again.

Wow! Just wow! They managed to get PAINT off carpet! Who knew??? We’ve had other companies to complete a standard cleaning, however this was above and beyond what we had expected! Excellent work!

We had two sleeper couches that had not been cleaned in about 5 years. One of them had a very noticeable stain on it. The two men from Fiber Dry were able to totally remove the stain and make the couches look brand new. They took pride in their work. They were on time and very respectful.

They did a great job. Very professional and they were able to clean an area rug I was sure was a goner. It looked great. They were able to get my sectional cleaned after a disaster warranty cleaner messed it up. It looked like new when they were done. They were able to get me in from a cancellation list and I'm very pleased with the service and price.

The gentlemen were very polite and gave me us some information on carpet cleaning that we didn't know. The use of the carpet rake was very informative and we plan on getting one. Carpet looked great when done.

Carpet has lots of wear and tear, spills, etc. We have 4 dogs and 3 cats. The carpet smells great, looks great, and its clean for my 2 year old grandchild.
