Our older dog had some serious issues that caused some issues on our new carpet. Fiberdry came out and did an outstanding job; no residual visible indications nor is there any smell that pet accidents invariably leave. We have found our carpet professionals!

The two gentlemen who came in were extremely professional. They came in explained the whole process and asked if they could get started. I was able to sit in another room with no issues. Then when they were finished they explained the dry time and expectations (I had a cat who urinated on my couch and it soaked in). I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to all my friends and family
