Fiber Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I had a carpet with pet stains. They got all out with no more odor. The service was professional and the cleaning solution had a wonderful smell.

The 2 guys did a wonderful job and I will definitely use them again.

I was so happy with the service I received from Fiber Dry. The technicians were thorough and effective. They cleaned 5 rooms, a hallway and a sofa. Spots and stains were removed. I could not ask for better service.

This company was very punctual. They showed up early to my appointment and ready to go. Any specific areas that I needed more attention to they made sure to make it their focus as well as other areas that they felt needed extra attention also. Any stains that I had are now gone and the carpet looks new. The workers were also very friendly and explained each process as they did them!

The Fiber Dry Team cleaned several rooms for us, including the stairs. I cannot say enough good things about their outstanding work and professionalism. They were a pleasure to have in our home and my carpets look amazing.

Very impressed with this company. We had an appointment with a competitor and they called us last minute to cancel. We had everything moved out of the rooms to have cleaned and told us they couldn't help us. So last minute we found Fiber Dry by a referral from a good friend of ours and we gave them a call to explain our situation. They told us they could work us into their schedule the very next day. Kevin and Jeff did a wonderful and professional job on my carpet and rugs. They explained in detail the process and answered all my questions. I love that there is no chemical smell and the carpet is not saturated with a solution. Even better it did not take all day.

I have used Fiber Dry for many cleanings and have received the same representative every time who seems to enjoy his job. The service is wonderful and they work very quickly. We get an odor treatment on our area rug and the house smells like freshly washed laundry afterwards vs wet dog like when we have used another steam cleaning company.

They did an amazing job on my carpet, wish I had taken a before and after picture. Half the price of the steam cleaning service I used to use which got ridiculously expensive

They were terrific! The lady who answered the phone was friendly, courteous and helpful. The estimate was accurate...no step ups. The techs called ahead, were on time, did a wonderful job and stayed after to answer a few questions and make recommendations. This is the cleanest our carpet has ever been. Kevin and his helper did a great job, yesterday. We have referred them to our daughter and we will look forward to our next cleaning.

This is my third time using Fiber Dry and I will never use anyone else - excellent service and pricing, and my carpets look practically new.

First time I used this company from a referral and will now be the only company that I will use from now on. Kevin and Jeff were the Cleaning Crew members. Both were kind, considerate and very good. They wore shoe coverings along with having clean equipment as well. They were quick and efficient and even removed a Hot Chocolate stain from a while back incident, that I could not remove. There cleaning technique does not saturate your carpet needing 24 hours to dry like some other companies, roughly 2-3 hrs and its dry. I will refer this company to all my friends and neighbors.

He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the pricing, the process and any add-on services that may benefit me. If he feels like he can't get them 100% clean, he discloses why and any additional recommendations like different chemicals or follow-up visits. ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS courteous and professional. And with such reasonable pricing, I can have them back year after year!
