Fenix Tactical Healthcare is the absolute best place to receive physical therapy. They have an incredible team and their facility and equipment are top notch. Multiple members of my family have received excellent treatment from both Brad and Austin; and Shelly at the front desk is always delightful. Issues we have had treated include back pain, knee injuries, hamstring injury, neck pain/strain, migraine and headaches. Without exception, the care we have received has been outstanding. I had been to 2 other PT offices before this one and never seen the results I wanted until Fenix. It's such a unique 1 on 1 PT experience. I LOVE working with Brad and love how he tries to get to the root cause of the problem. I also love that I only had to go once a week in the beginning rather then the traditional 3x a week. Now I go every 3-4 weeks. Within a month I noticed a drastic difference and rarely thought about my pain anymore. I have referred friends here who have had the same experience. This place is amazing. From scheduling and front desk, Shelly is helpful, understanding, and the nicest lady you’ll ever meet. I came in with significant neck pain and strength loss from a jiu jitsu injury and was honestly blown away by the results. After just four sessions, I was about 95% pain-free and had regained a good bit of the strength I’d lost. The treatment was targeted, effective, and clearly based on a deep understanding of both injury rehab and athletic demands. I saw Maddy for several sessions for my chronic back pain that showed up earlier this year and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. She has taken the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my treatment to my goals, which is training for a half marathon coming up in a couple of months. I highly recommend Fenix PT for any stubborn aches and pains!

Maddie is the greatest PT of all time. I tend to hurt myself and try to either ignore it or "fix it myself" and never do. She always finds the issue right away and gets me right real quick. Have never had an issue that wasnt fixed. Been to other PTs in the past and end up with injections and nothing getting fixed. Everything gets fixed here.

I had a work injury a few weeks back and honestly the only downside of Fenix is that their sign doesn't stand out from the road and they are located in an odd parking lot. Aside from that the people there have wonderful bedside manners and were extremely helpful 💛.

When I first reached out to Fenix I was told that each session would be $150 out of pocket. I hesitated but was invited for a free first session to try them out. Every person that works here at Fenix treats you like family. They treat you like you’re the most important client that they have. Shelly at the front desk greats you by name with a smile on her face every time you walk through their door. Brad, Austin and Maddy are fantastic PTs! Doesn’t matter who is seeing you that day, I can assure you that you will be taken care of. I had my ACL replaced end of January and was back running, squatting and lifting weights by April. It took a lot of work, but these guys were with me every step of the way. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that’s in need of PT.

I can’t express through words my gratitude I have to Maddy and Fenix PT. I’ve been dealing with post surgery lower back pain from injuries I had in the Marine Corps for 10 years and have been completely lost trying to fix it. Starting seeing Maddy when I was experiencing the worst neck pain I had ever experienced in my life in Aug of 2024. I was seeing a massage therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist every week trying to get relief. With all of Maddy’s knowledge, understanding, and patience (with me), showed me the way! I have nothing but good things to say about Fenix. Everyone who works there is happy to help, and makes you feel like part of the team. They helped me rehab my torn calf muscle through various techniques, helping me to get back on my feet literally, and complete a service academy. And even after I was healed they offered me a variety of exercises to help prevent future injuries. And I know if I had any other questions or concerns their door is always open, and they are willing to help.
