I met Austin Fair at a Workshop presented at Sun Lakes, AZ. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of how your body is supposed to move and twist. I am a golfer and this workshop focused on Golfers and back pain. Even though I did not have back pain, I wanted to learn more from this young man. I scheduled a visit and decided to sign up for 10 sessions with him. He has helped me so much with making a good turn, being able to strike the golf ball more consistently, over all developing a better golf swing. He is a great guy, I believe him to be extremely honest, and this guy knows "his stuff". So, thank you Austin for helping me and I encourage anyone out there who is looking for a good physical therapist, to give him a call. By the way I am a 75 year old lady, which just means you CAN "teach an old dog new tricks". Thumbs up to Austin. Joan

I hurt my shoulder over a month ago in Michigan. I thought time and ibuprofen would eventually heal it, but was wrong. Over time my shoulder and arm got tighter and range of motion was diminishing. Finally went to see my regular doctor and she recommended physical therapy, but I was leaving for AZ that week, so she wanted me to start while I was there visiting. My dad had been seeing Austin for a shoulder impingement and had nothing but rave reviews about his care. After an initial consultation, Austin recommended Dry Needling at his office. After my first session, my pain level went from a 7 to a 2 after the first 24 hours, as well as increasing my range of motion. After, I followed the stretching exercises that he prescribed. I signed up with Austin to get "golf fit." I found I not only learned physical exercises and drills, but also the significance of flexibility in making the golf swing more effective. I am hitting all my shots 5-20 yards (depending on club) farther with less effort. Well worth my time and money! Dick T.

Everyone at Fenix PT is very knowledgeable and they really take the time to help you with your rehab. They all are friendly, fun, and truly go above and beyond to give you the best quality of care. Other PT offices do not compare, Fenix is next level care!

Fenix Physical Therapy is my go to for any muscle, ligament, or pain issue for the last few years. Maddie is magic, she diagnoses, treats, and teaches with each appointment. I leave feeling better every single time. Seriously, whatever the issue, go to Fenix.

You don’t know PT until you’ve been to Fenix. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt instantly seen, heard, and cared for. Shelley is a ray of sunshine and will always make you feel important. She works with your schedule and helps everything go so smoothly. Then there are the Physical Therapists, Austin, Brad, and Maddy; you are never just a number to them. You get their full attention each session and tailor each session to your individual needs. I have had the blessing to have each one help me with different issues I have had over the years, from back pain to TMJ to toe pain, and after every appointment, I feel better not only physically but I am uplifted by their compassion and love. Starting seeing Maddy when I was experiencing the worst neck pain I had ever experienced in my life in Aug of 2024. I was seeing a massage therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist every week trying to get relief. With all of Maddy’s knowledge, understanding, and patience (with me), showed me the way! I have learned so many tools from Maddy that I will always be grateful and use ALWAYS! I appreciate the 1 on 1 attention specific to my needs, differing from use of modalities, and communication. I have nothing but good things to say about Fenix. Everyone who works there is happy to help, and makes you feel like part of the team. They helped me rehab my torn calf muscle through various techniques, helping me to get back on my feet literally, and complete a service academy. And even after I was healed they offered me a variety of exercises to help prevent future injuries. And I know if I had any other questions or concerns their door is always open, and they are willing to help.
