He did what he needed to do in a very timely manner, but at the same time was personable. The day of the cleaning 3 gentlemen showed up and were also very nice and friendly. They cleaned our carpets and back deck. When they were finished it all looked amazing. I never dreamed the carpet could look that good again and the deck looked really great! I definetly recommend Excel Eco!🙂

LOVED Excel Eco Clean

They did a good job. Nice guys. However my cat litter boxes are in the family room closet and the door was open. They closed the door and did not open it back up so one of my cats peed on the carpet outside the door. They have never peed on the carpet before but couldn’t get to their litter box.

I have used Excel for years for carpets and loved the results. This is the first time for siding, gutters, deck, and concrete for soft wash. The results are amazing, especially the gutters, which now look like new. I will definitely use again for these services.

We've used Excel for years primarily because I have allergies and skin issues and avoid any "dry chemical" cleaning. However, they aren't the only steam cleaner out there and I stay with Excel because of the quality of the cleaning. We have two dogs and one has an unfortunate habit of accidents in one spot, so Excel's care of this issue is doubly important to us. They are the best in our area. My only caveat is that I wish they were less expensive ($$$).
