She spent as much time as we needed discussing the different systems and what we were looking for. The delivery was quick and seamless and provided us with everything we needed to start enjoying our hot tub. I would hands down recommend Eversole.

They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The installers were helpful setting the tub up as I wanted it. And they did a great job explaining the start up process. I would recommend Eversole to others.

I had and am still having very good service on my new hot tub . The installers were very professional and the set up guy was quick, polite and knowledgeable. He demonstrated how to complete the installation after the water was hot enough and assured me that any follow up questions would be handled promptly either over the phone or in person. They also installed a pool table which is setup perfectly.

Eversole pool and spa are the best, they had great customer service. We had a bad experience with the local spa company in Findlay and after words was a bit nervous going elsewhere. I called down and they were able to send us all the info we were looking for. So we decided to move forward with the purchase of our new spa. We went down on a Monday, when we walked in the store we were asked if we could be helped and gave them our names they knew exactly who we were and made us feel like we were part of the family. They answered all of our questions and was able to deliver to us in a week. This company is great and I would recommend anybody looking for spa or billiards items to go check them out

I have been shopping for a hot tub for years. I’ve been to the HSS and W places looked and shopped. Spoke to a couple sales people and while they seemed nice they just seemed like salesmen. Got serious this fall and made the rounds on the phone and I don’t know if it’s because they were so busy or what but people just didn’t seem to care. The W place said they were selling their allotment for June already in November. I remembered seeing a place in Lima and found Eversole. I called and spoke to Karolyn who didn’t try to sell me anything, she just answered my questions and gave me insight the other places couldn’t. She found out what I needed and had one available and set up in a month time. 4 man team came out on time and were done in less than 2.5 hours. They even moved it twice for me, once because I thought I wanted it a certain way then Tom advised me about the position...
