I highly recommend Ethical Flooring if you are replacing your floors. They provide high quality work, and are excellent with communication and efficiency. The team at Ethical Flooring masterfully replaced our carpeted floors with high quality hardwood. They worked with our tight time frame and completed the job beautifully and professionally. We recently had a broken transition piece (after 5 years of heavy use), and Daniel promptly fixed it at no charge, even though it was outside the 2 year warranty. I would not hesitate to use them again for any flooring project! Thank you!!

Excellent experience with Ethical Flooring. During our recent home renovation we needed new hardwoods for the entire main floor. Nader was very knowledgeable and patient - he is extremely professional and really knows everything about flooring! We were very glad to work with someone local and trustworthy. We made many trips in to the showroom so the convenience made it easy. The installer Istvan was excellent and had incredible attention to detail. The new engineered hardwood oak floors look amazing!! Highly recommend.

We recently completed an order from Ethical Flooring. We had a really hard time trying to decide on the type of carpet, color, and size and needed help! After visiting a few stores and several consultations, we decided to proceed with Ethical Flooring. Connie and Danny have been absolutely instrumental. Very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They asked questions to fully understand what we were trying to achieve before coming up with solutions for us to choose from. They actually saved us so much time, money, and frustration!! It turned out that some of the products we were offered at other stores weren't suitable. Fortunately, Connie and Danny had the foresight and knowledge to have realized this. And even better, the product that we actually did need turned out to be more cost effective. I really can't thank them enough.

This was my first experience contracting a company to complete a floor renovation. Two different neighbours recommended Ethical's services and I now understand why. I found the rep. We have used Ethical Flooring before for our carpet and worked with them again in quoting for our engineered floor install. Nader was extremely attentive, professional, timely, and supportive. From first contact and walking us through all the different options to providing a quote the same day he visited, it was a great experience for us - Nader took the time to properly measure up so as to provide an accurate quote as well as advise us on where we may want to consider other options on install method, underlay, and type of product (E.g. tiling vs. wood floor in laundry room). We ended up going with another company purely because of a particular product that they had that we have seen before and liked, but wouldn't hesitate to use Ethical Flooring or recommend them. Their quote was highly competitive and the company is very service focused - i'd highly recommend Nader and the Ethical...

The install was complicated. The basement concrete floor had to be levelled in both rooms using both grinding and leveling compound. The foundation footings had to be accounted for and the stairs has to be reinforced. Ethical flooring handled it all. The installer, Istvan, did a meticulous job. I was referred to them by another customer and now I am recommending them too. The home is located in the Handsworth area.

We are beyond happy with the service and advice we received from Kevin and the Ethical Team! Their industry knowledge helped us transform our space with the product selection from durability to aesthetics, all while keeping us on budget!
