We wanted a good quality carpet installed on our stairs. The installation went really well and we're so happy with the look and feel. A massive improvement to make our home feel more cozy. Will hire again for our next project in the future.

Kevin, President of Ethical Flooring, provided excellent customer service in helping resolve minor damage on my two-year-old flooring. He offered and demonstrated a couple of repair options, taking the time to ensure the best result. I really appreciated his professionalism and care — a great example of a family-owned business that values its customers.

Fantastic service from these guys, when I recently had new carpets fitted. Great carpet selection - and carpet fitters were super efficient and helpful. Mariyah, the project manager, was also very responsive, professional and efficient! Have used Ethical flooring in the past for laying vinyl years ago, and would definitely recommend them.

Maryah Paul was very helpful and professional. I had wool wall to wall carpet installed in 3 of my bedrooms and it looks fantastic. Maryah gives great advice on colour as well.

We had laminate floors installed and they look great. Nader helped us choose the floors and Istvan did a great job installing. They also proved follow up service to deal with smaller issues after installation.

Maryah, Greg, and her team did a wonderful job with our new wood floors, from the selection process to communication to installation. We compared multiple providers before deciding on ethical - their pricing was fair for the highest quality product and service. We love the results and highly recommend them for future projects.

Matt and Steve were a pleasure to work with. Matt was incredibly thorough and patient during our initial meetings and made sure that we were getting the right product for our needs. Last month we had the Mohawk - Tailored Essence 2W18 carpet installed in our apartment. We chose Ethical Flooring Ltd. after reading the reviews and we were impressed by comments of good customer service and standing by the products they sold. It felt "safe" to buy from them and there was no problem getting the carpet we wanted which came from Georgia, with the supplier remaining firm on their price without passing on additional fees that can be incurred in the export process. At Ethical Flooring , we dealt with Raitis. Raitis was easy to work with, and sold us exactly what we asked for without any attempts to try and oversell. We really appreciated that he listened to us and did what was needed to make it happen. He was also very accommodating to our schedule. Maryah at Ethical Flooring did a great job arranging the fitting of new wooden flooring in the condo within a tight time frame. The workmanship of the fitters was excellent and the product itself was as advertised- high quality and stylish. Maryah dealt with a couple of minor issues to my satisfaction and overall I’m very happy with the results. I would recommend Ethical Flooring without hesitation.

Matt & co from Ethical Flooring were absolutely fantastic to work with. Matt was very understanding and accommodating of timelines (had to wait for insurance post-flood), and they did a superb job of installation of my new floors.
