I have worked with Bryan Cash and his team on many many projects! He is a great guy and this company is very reputable. I highly recommend them for any content work you have from cleaning, to manipulating to pack outs to evaluations!

Bryan Cash and his team are exceptional professionals. It's apparent that this company places great importance upon outstanding service, responsive and timely communication, punctuality and meeting deadlines. We unfortunately had a fire at our home and ERS Prism remediated our textiles, collectibles, artwork as well as cleaned and tested all of our appliances. This included a sub Zero wine refreigerator and all of which were salvaged thanks to Prism Specialties of Suncoast Florida. His team is highly professional and very pleasant to have working in our home. Bryan went above and beyond their normal scope of business just to help get us back in our home with the least discomfort. We are most grateful fo all of their Many efforts!!!

I manage a condo on Longboat Key and after Hurricane Ian I had 30 units with water intrusion, everyone had evacuated and I was by myself to try to handle everything. Luckily I had a great restoration team on site and they contacted ERS for help. They came from over an hour away and pulled wet area rugs out of many units. This was the day after the storm, our elevators were not running and these guys dragged heavy, wet rugs down the stairs. They were amazing. They worked so hard that day and I appreciate it so much, as do the owners who had water damage. The rugs were cleaned, dried & returned, and unit owners were so grateful.

Bryan Cash and his team were consulted for water damage related to a roof leak in my medical office space. He is very professional, responsive, and trustworthy. He evaluated my electronic medical equipment for water damage and professionally dried the equipment. I asked him recommendations for movers and his team even relocated the equipment and very heavy medical exam tables for me. He is organized and very pleasant. I was very lucky to find him to help protect my investments for my medical practice.

Brian Cash and his team were fabulous! They handled consumer electronics testing, cleaning and re-installation, cleaning of carpets, insuring that art and art glass were protected during clean-up and restoration of condo, and cleaning of all clothes and linens. They were fast, dependable, professional and always pleasant and responsive. They deserve at least a 5 star rating!

ERS is definitely the right resource for fire recovery work. Above all, Brian and his team are good people. After a fire, the value of getting a partner versus just a vendor cannot be overstated. Bryan Cash was highly responsive, communicative, and committed from start to finish. The work quality of ERS was excellent and consistent, mistake-free, and completed by their commitment dates. They were also flexible when customer priorities changed, and my facility recovery was delayed. You can estimate your recovery costs as being about 25% of the replacement value from most providers. However, if I didn’t get this level of service, I would not have met my customer needs, and that would have been far more expensive.

ERS was highly recommended by a Paul Davis who had many mutual and satisfied customers. The actual owner Bryan Cash was mostly who I dealt with throughout the transaction/ process. Him and his staff are fantastic. The best thing I can tell you about them is they do exactly what they say they are doing to do which can be rare today. I would highly recommend using them in every capacity they offer. These guys are legit.

My wife and I are so grateful to ERS, their services helped give us peace of mind and reassurance after our house fire. Each employee was kind, courteous and resourceful. Each of our items were wrapped up gently and stored away in a large, clean and organized warehouse. The owner has great morals and is an overall genuine man, you can trust to leave your personal belongings with them for as long as you need.

After having 0 hope for having my piano saved from a fire.... we opted to try and have it cleaned - ERS did a fantastic job. They are not refinishers... just lovingly cleaned my 108 year old piano - which has felt and wood hammers - I never thought could come clean... Does it have some wood damage from the water used to put out the fire? Yes… Is there some extra character now that was caused by the damage they scrubbed away? Yes of course - but let me tell you... it is minimal - i'm shocked.... Does it still sound remarkably like when my grandma used to play it YES!!!!! That is all I truly wanted. Happy to have it back - Its the only piece of 'furniture' and my family's history that we salvaged! Thank you to the ERS team.
