The moment I made my phone call to Erie Inspection Service I could tell this was going to be a very professional experience. My first contact was with Brooke. She was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. She explained everything that I would receive prior to, during, and after the home inspection. She scheduled a time for the inspection that was convenient for me and without delay. Vince, the inspector, was right on time for the appointment. Again, he gave me an explanation of what he would be doing throughout the inspection. Just like Brooke, he was professional, thorough, and friendly. The inspection itself was extremely comprehensive. At the completion of the inspection, Vince immediately printed out the detailed report, put it in a notebook for me, and then sat down and explained all of his notations and comments with my home review. He took all the time needed to answer each and every question that I had. There was no rush whatsoever. Afterwards he was able to even handle the billing and payment (credit card) on the spot. The following day I received a call from Brooke making sure that I was satisfied with the entire process. And that I was! I highly recommend Erie Inspection Service.
