Our experience was very good. We throughly enjoyed the process. Jarrod did an amazing job and he went over all the material in great detail. The drone is an excellent idea and tool. He did point out the two spots of mold that we were in questioning the leak is more than likely due to the vent pipes for the bathroom. I would say without the drone it would have been difficult to find. The inferred camera also confirmed the mold as well. We did like having an electronic copy of the report. We had Erie Inspection Service do a general inspection for us. We were present for the half end of the inspection. Our inspector, Vince, was very friendly and thorough. We received a binder filled with a printed report complete with pictures and an easy to follow checklist for each item inspected stating the condition. Vince went over each item he inspected, explaining, answering questions, and providing suggestions. He used terms that we could easily understand and took his time going over the report with us. Erie Inspection was great from the get go! When calling to schedule inspections the staff was SO friendly and super helpful. As a first-time home buyer I was very overwhelmed by the number of inspections I needed, but the Erie Inspection representative I spoke with on the phone explained everything thoroughly and was very insightful. Jordan inspected our house very thoroughly and took the time to explain everything to us with great detail and never rushed through any explanation. I have nothing but absolute amazing things to say about this company . when we first called in to get information about an inspection done for our home we spoke with Brooke, who was amazing, sweet and so patient. Answered all our questions and then some. We met Jerrod at the house after the inspection. And we have nothing but nice things to say about him. He was so patient with all our questions and is absolutely the most politest person we've met through this process !
