Vince took the time to tell me what to look at. Showed me what he found and what needed to be addressed by the seller and what I should do once I get house. He did an excellent job in my opinion!

I enjoyed everything about this Inspection, he was very sweet, kind, and took all the time needed to talk about what ever questions Lou or I had for him, he explained everything for us all to understand, everything was very thural and I liked that. Your color-photo report is printed and bound in a 1-inch binder on site. You're walked through the report as if your future home is speaking directly to you, letting you know where it needs some TLC. If that's not enough, the team is available to support you after the inspection with any follow-up questions. From the start Erie Inspection has been WONDERFUL! I set the appointment up with Brooke and from there she handled the rest, contacting the realtor setting up appointments, she answered every question I had and more. Her knowledge and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

Cannot BEGIN to express my appreciation to Erie Inspection Services and your excellent inspector Vince! I was ready to sign a contract to purchase prior to my inspection - dodged a bullet there! Through the inspection process I was not only educated on the "important" stuff (thank you Vince for your time and patience!!), but the report exposed several thousand dollars worth of unacceptable issues within the home. Because of this I decided not to purchase the property, thus saving myself many headaches, angst and thousands down the road.
