Excellent and thorough, great follow up and pictures with the home inspection report!

I had a wonderful inspector (Jordan) who was VERY thorough and personable. He made sure to explain everything in detail and answered any question I had (and there was a lot!) I highly recommend them and was highly satisfied with the service Jordan provided!

Outstanding work! Very thoroughly inspected property looking at all aspects of the home structurally as well as electrical plumbing and insect infestation problems. Our inspectors were the quintessential professionals! They answered all our questions and provided us a thorough document outlining all the problems and potential problems of the property. Erie was 100% professional from the start. Brooke took care of all the scheduling for both parties. Mike arrived on time and was very informative. We discussed several aspects of the inspection prior to beginning, and he was able to clearly answer all my questions. He was very thorough in his inspection approaching each room and floor very methodically. I would recommend Erie to anyone looking for a complete inspection.

The moment I made my phone call to Erie Inspection Service I could tell this was going to be a very professional experience. My first contact was with Brooke. She was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. She explained everything that I would receive prior to, during, and after the home inspection. She scheduled a time for the inspection that was convenient for me and without delay. Vince, the inspector, was right on time for the appointment. Again, he gave me an explanation of what he would be doing throughout the inspection. Just like Brooke, he was professional, thorough, and friendly. The inspection itself was extremely comprehensive. At the completion of the inspection, Vince immediately printed out the detailed report, put it in a notebook for me, and then sat down and explained all of his notations and comments with my home review. He took all the time needed...

Jacob performed the home inspection. He was very thorough, informative and knowledgable. He asked why I chose Erie Inspection Service and I stated after extensive research I felt they were the company that had the reputation and integrity I was looking for. The safety and well being of myself and my family were of utmost importance and Jacob responded that every inspection he performs he looks at a home from his own and his family's comfort and safety.
