The 43 page, extremely detailed report was placed in a nice binder and contained photos of our home. Jarrod even had a drone and look pictures of our roof. They where very efficient professional and most important inspected our possible new how for every little thing thing that could be broke. From bath tubs to crawl spaces to roof.

We have bought and sold 5 homes and never had a inspection, because we are looking along the lake we felt it might be a good thing this time. It was very professional and educational. It truly helped us to decide the property wasn’t for us. The inspector found things that we did not see even having viewed this home 3 times. It was money well spent. We would use them again.
