My inspector Jordan was prompt, thorough, professional yet friendly, and was happy to answer my questions in detail. I will definitely call upon Erie Inspections if I am in need of the services they offer in the future.

Erie Inspection Service is very thorough. Besides pointing out the things that need correction, they also make suggestions about keeping the property in shape. I was impressed with their ability to print and discuss an informative notebook, including photos, on the spot, and their follow-up to make sure the customer is satisfied.

He went over every detail of each area that he inspected and explain to me what he was looking for and what he had found. He did a great job! First I want to start by saying Jordan was an amazing person to work with. He was very detailed and explained every aspect of the inspection. He made sure that he told us in ways that we understood and also made sure he showed us exactly what he was saying. He did a thorough inspection top to bottom of our home. This is our first homebuying experience so we were a bit hesitant when attempting to choose a home inspection company. We ended up going with Erie and in a few words, we were not at all disappointed. Our inspector, Jordan, made us feel very comfortable from the very start. He explained that he would be taking his time during the process and that we could feel free to ask any questions along the way.
