To begin I was price checking like anyone else, not only was Brooke very patient, but also understanding. She eventually started answering the phone saying "Hey Nick". After my countless questions over a 3 day span, Jordan arrived early and introduced himself, explained what and how he did his inspection, we talked about what I had seen and any questions I had, then about 30 minutes later we started on the house. I would think of the inspection as a team effort in the sense that I had asked Jordan to include me in any and all facets of the inspection and he did just that.
