This was our first experience ever with a company like this. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and soon discovered how expensive our training package was. However, we already spent good money on a puppy, which is a first for us. We usually rescue dogs and they are already trained. Now it is like having a newborn baby! Despite the expense, Epic did not disappoint. They gave us the peace of mind knowing our pup was in good hands during the two-week concentrated training/boarding. We 1st met with the owner Vince. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and had all the right answers for what we should expect. The day of drop off, the check-in staff was extremely welcoming and responsive to our questions. After two weeks, met with trainer Erin for well over an hour to discuss our puppy's progress. One week later, we get a home visit to solidify more training. The package we received also entitles us to another week of boarding/training, unlimited videos and also unlimited group classes. EDA is definitely an organization I highly recommend!
