Epic Dog Academy

My goal is for my Malinois to be a service animal and they have done an amazing job getting Willow and myself there. They make themselves available for home visits and weekly group classes. The group classes have been a huge help getting Willow through her anxiety around other dogs. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you can’t get your dog over something.

I have 2 Belgian Malinois that needed training for aggressive behavior and behavior modification. Taking them to Epic Dog Academy was the best investment I ever made. They are two different dogs now and it is such a relief to be able to take them in public and not to stress out. There dog trainer Kyonia and the entire team are amazing. I can’t say enough about their compassion, knowledge and skills. I will recommend everyone to Epic Dog Academy.

Everyone at Epic dog academy is amazing. I met them 5 years ago. With thousands spent on other trainers and we couldn't get my anxious dog trained to even sit. Now all nine pounds of her radiates confidence and she was trained to have an amazing life. Thank you for making Ellie all she could be.

Lex our Pyrenean Mastiff was trained at Epic academy and has been a blessing for us. Lex is a large dog and is very well mannered dog, and is my service dog. He goes everywhere with me including Dr. appointments, hosipital, church and work. People comment on his good behavior. Epic grooming is the only place that Lex has ever been for grooming, and they do a remarkable job and he likes going. This is a 70 mile trip one way for this and it’s worth the trip for the setvice.

We have brought both our pitty dogs to epic dog for training and just recently brought our mini dachshund pup to get trained there as well because of the great experience we had the first time. I cannot say enough good things about this training program. From the consult to the training and follow up training after. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Our dachshund was not leash trained and extremely distracted whenever he was outside and could not take him anywhere public because of his constant barking. But after 2 weeks with the trainer, Erin, working with him at EDA our pup’s behavior completely changed. She was able to guide us in how to keep up with his training at home and now he’s calm and focused in public which is very hard for this breed in general. Extremely pleased with our experience with Epic Dog Academy!!! From the very beginning, when the owner, Vince, came to meet our 5 month old puppy, to the trainer, Erin! Everyone at the facility was exceptionally knowledgeable and very compassionate! I would highly recommend this business !

Epic Dog Academy gives you and your dog the tools to achieve obedience and awareness. I opted to do day training for the two week session. I feel that the two week board and train would probably benefit the dog more, due to less disruption to the routine. That was 100% my decision. That being said, Fiona still gained so much from the experience. She is comfortable around other dogs and people, and is coming along with her commands. It is a commitment from the dog parents to do the work after their graduation. The group class after graduation was extremely helpful. When Fiona flat refused to lay down, Vince sent Kyonia over help us. She had been one of Fiona’s trainers and she understood her. She helped us understand the behaviors and how to deal with them. Her extra attention was so helpful. It’s a great program if you do your part after they set the ground rules. The staff are caring...

Overall we had a very good experience with Luna’s training. She is an American Akita and although she is very sweet and friendly, she can be very stubborn some times. She has not been very challenging in the every day life following her commands, but the real challenge came during the group session in a park. One of the trainers, I believe her name is Ashley was very helpful guiding me through the process to train Luna around so many dogs and distractions. I was very impressed with her help and professionalism.

Great place if you are looking for great training, grooming and boarding! I took my dog here a few months ago and i am still impressed with the work they did with my dog. I love going to the group classes those have been great so that i can keep up and continue to work on my dogs training. After all we as owners have work to do too! The trainers are very knowledgeable and are willing to help if needed. The grooming is great too my dog always smells so good after his groom. And if i want to take a trip i can leave him with his trainers.
Overall i had a really great experience and will be recommending them to everyone looking for training! Thank you Epic!

Excellent experience. Staff were knowledgeable and trainers were outstanding.I’m following their instructions when walking Dexter. We walk about five miles three times a week. How nice it is to walk him without being dragged down the street.
I highly recommend them.

I honestly didn’t think that they were going to be able to help my boy Dempsey because he is so stubborn and willful! Dempsey came home a different boy! He understands his commands and he listens to me. I am super impressed with the results and I would definitely use and recommend Epic Dog Academy!

They did a great job and were very friendly. Our doodle had gone too long between cuts and was matted pretty bad, they mentioned it but didn't talk down to me about it like other places have. It's been a struggle finding a good groomer and we finally gave up on trying to find a good mobile groomer so I'm glad we found them! Side note, our doodle was pretty nervous and they handled her very kindly and patiently.

Best decision and investment we made for our dog. Highly recommend Epic Dog Academy especially if you own a pittie 🥰

This training is the best thing we have done for our fur baby AND for us. We still have training to continue with (since we have only had our pup back for 5 days) but I am very happy with where he is at versus where he was before coming to Epic Dog Academy. We (as owners) did not have the right tools or education before this training and now we have exactly what we need. Our pup is a working dog (2 yr old German Shepard/Lab mix) so he is eager to please and learn. We are super hopeful he will be the perfect pup with our continued training. We were recommended to Epic from a friend and we will pay it forward by recommending it to others!! We look forward to much more learning and training together with our pup and Epic (see you on Saturday for group training 😊)

Our Frenchie had bad recall, but entering the academy has helped significantly. She still needs to brush up on her training, but now that we have the tools, training has been a smoother road!

I love the program, facility and location. The staff are very helpful and professional. Having the day car and grooming in addition, completes the package. So glad we found them!!! Will continue to use for occasional daycare and grooming. Wish I’d had them for my previous dog’s training.

Awesome local owned business. I use them for their grooming services. My two Labradoodles always come back looking great. Prices are also very affordable

What an amazing experience both my dogs had at the two week training course. My 2 year old with bad separation anxiety is now crate trained and behaving better than ever. The puppy is so well behaved people can’t believe he is only 5 months old. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies. Will definitely be a returning customer for daycare, boarding, and grooming
