Epic Dog Academy

Epic Dog academy was good for our golden pup. She has a lot of energy and was chewing literally everything in the house. She has not chewed anything since her training. We are working on her commands which she is doing well but needs much more work on the leash. Again, she’s a puppy but she’s strong pulls very hard. Her trainer will continue to work with her on this. We are happy with our experience at Epic but our dog needs more time and reinforced training.

At first I was skeptical of how Skye would do with the on leash training as we just got her and she was quite a stubborn little puppy. During her training period with Ashley I had noticed that there are commands that she just doesn’t want to do. As days went by I started noticing that she’s showing signs of improvement. We were very pleased to witness that. Thanks for Ashley’s patience on Skye’s success. We still have quite a ways to go to where we want Skye to be but we are getting there. I highly recommend Epic Academy to anyone. Most of all a special thanks to Ashley. Job well done.

Gracie has become much better trained and we are very happy with the overall results. I feel like it is important to stress that there is going to be much more training needed and follow up and the group classes are essential. The group classes we have attended so far have been excellent and have really helped us continue her training. The Epic Training Academy definitely gave us the tools and training both we and our dog needed to make Gracie great dog. She has continued to get better daily and would highly recommend their process and their team. With that being said, we would like to recommend some things we feel would be helpful. There seemed to be a breakdown in some communication regarding the issues we were having with our dog. Epic Dog Academy is the best place to bring your dog for grooming, daycare, and boarding. I have yet to try their dog training, but it is definitely on the radar. My work hours vary, but they are able to accommodate, which I appreciate. Sabrina and Christie always brightens my day as they are always so friendly and helpful whenever I need to make reservations or make changes. They are always so welcoming and help you feel at ease, especially since many dog parents are weary when leaving their doggies at new places. All of the staff are friendly and I am glad I started coming there for their services.

I called to get a quote on puppy training. I wasn't able to afford the training but I spoke with Christy and told her my financial situation, who was so helpful and didn't try to push their services on me. She suggested a cost effective solution to training and recommended day care to socialize my puppy until I could afford training. This helped immensely with potty training and crate training! I will definitely be reaching back out to Epic Dog Academy for training in the future! Thanks Christy!

They always do a great job and my pup loves it.

We put both our dogs in the board and train to help with overall good listening/foundation + leash reactivity. They had had some training prior but Erin did a fantastic job working with them to get them to be more consistent. Our dachshund had fearful reactivity and would immediately bark at any dog while walking. Now after having gone through the training he is significantly more relaxed and we can take him in public or walk around the neighborhood without him melting down and barking like crazy. We’re excited to see how our dogs continue to improve with the tools they taught us and are so thankful for the Epic Dog Academy and trainer Erin.

I cannot stress enough how great Vince and team are. I have a large dog who can be reactive, and she was also my first puppy (not middle aged) rescue. Between her energy and her physicality, she was too much for me to handle without help. Vince and team have been there for me through home visits, boardings, trainings and grooming, providing all the care and support I need. And let’s be honest, it’s not just dog training, it’s people training. I’m learning how to be a better leader for her all the time with their help and support. My favorite thing about them is the free (for life!) every other weekend group classes. It’s such a good tune up.

The foundation Epic Dog Academy has set for our puppy during training, we could not be happier. We have an American Bully. We struggled to walk our puppy prior to taking him to training. After his training program, walking him felt like night and day and we could not be happier. We continue to do the training with the commands they taught us and he's getting better by the day as he can be stubborn. We appreciate the staff who are able to answer all of our questions as well as our pup's trainer as well. We also did grooming with them and were very pleased with their services. We recommend Epic Dog Academy who is interested in taking their dog for training or grooming services.

Epic Dog Academy has been such a great company to work with. They had to keep my dog a little bit longer to ensure that he came home with the ability to follow all of the commands consistently. They send updates through their app so you still feel connected to your furbaby. Such a professional group of people and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra help training their dog.

Words cannot convey how elated we are with the decision to send our girl to Epic for intensive training. Before she left, she was uncontrollable (I take some blame in that). She returned a completely different dog. Her verbal cues are spot on the trainers at Epic created a miracle! She is now very pleasant to be around and now we actually enjoy hanging out with her.

We are still in the program but after the first two week stay our dog is much more manageable and can understand us. Great work.

We had our dog named Scooby, he is a boxer, at Epic for 2 weeks and his trainer was Erin. She was the best. He fell in love with her and she was the best at training him. She took the time with him and when he left the academy he knew all his commands and working with him at home he is doing really good. She came to the house last evening as a follow up and instantly he knew who she was. She really was the best trainer for him and she did a terrific job training him. She was GREAT!!!!!

Alicia was the best with our Beau! We saw such a change in Beau and gathered all the tools and tips for maintaining his good behavior at home. We feel comfortable boarding him as well when we are away because he is in good hands. Thank you Epic Dog Academy! Thank you Alicia and staff!

They are very helpful explaining and helping us thru the boot camp experience. The follow up with helping us learn how to work with our newly trained puppy was wonderful. We had been to another training company prior to Epic and there was no follow up at all and we failed to understand why we were not able to be successful. With Epic we feel supported after the initial training and are confident with our puppy's training. I would strongly recommend Epic first to anyone seeking training for their Dog.

I give Erin, Vince and the entire staff 5 stars for an amazing training program at Epic. Charlie came home a totally different pup.. He follows all the commands, and walking on a leash has gone from a chore to a fun time for both me and Charlie.
