We did the two week board and train, which seemed to have been a good experience for our 8 month old rescue. We’ve seen some improvement in his behavior but it’s a process and we’re still in it. Make sure you’re willing to put the work in at home to make the whole thing worth it.

So pleased with Epic Dog Academy Training!

Epic did an amazing job with my dog. She was very much out of control. She was biting, jumping, grabbing anything she could find. She has turned into a nonbiting dog that actually minds! I think they have done a great job. I tried on my own but I was unsuccessful. I am still working with her but now she pays attention to me.

I adopted Sookie, a two-year-old bully mix, from the shelter, and within her first week home she began showing signs of separation anxiety. I was nervous and didn’t know what to do, so I reached out to Epic Dog Academy. They scheduled a same-day consultation, which immediately made me feel supported.

Sookie started the Honor Roll Program the following week. Throughout her training, her trainer Erin kept me consistently updated on Sookie’s progress. Toward the end of the two weeks, Erin recommended keeping Sookie a little longer because she needed some extra help — and I truly appreciated that honesty and care. If Epic Dog Academy didn’t genuinely care, they could have easily sent her home, especially with the holidays coming up, but instead they did what was best for Sookie.

I am beyond impressed with the work that Epic Dog Academy has done and continues to do. Alicia was Gigi's trainer for the 2-week program. Gigi learned so much and has shown amazing improvements. Ash came over to do the home visit and helped teach/show me how to implement the training exercises and commands. I realized that I needed training just as much as Gigi. Gigi listens, responds to her training collar, walks like a champ on the leash, and has learned to play gentler with our other pup who is much, much smaller. I love the option for continued group class that is offered bi-weekly. The socialization and continued practice with implementing the training has been a blessing. I need to share my experience because there’s a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you’ve seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don’t believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake.

I can’t say enough good things about Epic Dog Academy! They completely transformed my Belgian Malinois Archer Before training, he was very timid and reactive, but now he’s focused, obedient, and still has that great Malinois drive — just with structure and control.

We have been animal owners for a long time and recently we found ourselves accepting a young dog who was going to be abandoned. He has turned out to be a dog like no other. He is a Cane Corso and Lab. In these pictures he is 7 months old and still growing. He is a very big puppy with a mind of his own and we needed help. We are very glad we brought him to the Epic Dog Academy. While we will have to keep working with him he came back to us with a better understanding of his role is in our family. This was our first experience ever with a company like this. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and soon discovered how expensive our training package was. However, we already spent good money on a puppy, which is a first for us. We usually rescue dogs and they are already trained. Now it is like having a newborn baby! Despite the expense, Epic did not disappoint. They gave us the peace of mind knowing our pup was in good hands during the two-week concentrated training/boarding. We 1st met with the owner Vince. Absolutely incredible team. Very responsive, professional, and most of all, so caring and knowledgeable. They came out to our home to provide us information on the program, made us feel very comfortable and then gave us daily updates for our dog’s training progress. We cannot recommend them more.

My dogs love coming here, they have a lot of fun and they get to play with the other dogs. They always are well taken care of and enjoy seeing the staff all the time. If they are left for boarding they give me an update at the end of the day on how they ate and if they noticed anything about them or on them. After grooming appointments they look so happy, all cleaned up, and they smell so good. I just know every time that I take my dogs here that they will be well taken care of and I do not have to worry at all.

Absolutely phenomenal service and great training. The transfer from my dog Shiba to me was seamless and very informative. Shiba went with me and my spouse and kid on multiple flights and once when I would have been nervous about the travel now I am not. They trained to such a level and am helping me understand her training. Thank you all so much.

Epic Dog academy was good for our golden pup. She has a lot of energy and was chewing literally everything in the house. She has not chewed anything since her training. We are working on her commands which she is doing well but needs much more work on the leash. Again, she’s a puppy but she’s strong pulls very hard. Her trainer will continue to work with her on this. We are happy with our experience at Epic but our dog needs more time and reinforced training.

At first I was skeptical of how Skye would do with the on leash training as we just got her and she was quite a stubborn little puppy. During her training period with Ashley I had noticed that there are commands that she just doesn’t want to do. As days went by I started noticing that she’s showing signs of improvement. We were very pleased to witness that. Thanks for Ashley’s patience on Skye’s success. We still have quite a ways to go to where we want Skye to be but we are getting there. I highly recommend Epic Academy to anyone. Most of all a special thanks to Ashley. Job well done.

Gracie has become much better trained and we are very happy with the overall results. I feel like it is important to stress that there is going to be much more training needed and follow up and the group classes are essential. The group classes we have attended so far have been excellent and have really helped us continue her training. The Epic Training Academy definitely gave us the tools and training both we and our dog needed to make Gracie great dog. She has continued to get better daily and would highly recommend their process and their team. With that being said, we would like to recommend some things we feel would be helpful. There seemed to be a breakdown in some communication regarding the issues we were having with our dog.
