Epic dog academy is wonderful. The team is amazing and worked with me with my difficult German Shepard and they still check in with his training. I utilize them for dog boarding, grooming and doggy daycare as well. Overall amazing experience would highly recommend their services all around!

I adopted Sookie, a two-year-old bully mix, from the shelter, and within her first week home she began showing signs of separation anxiety. I was nervous and didn’t know what to do, so I reached out to Epic Dog Academy. They scheduled a same-day consultation, which immediately made me feel supported.

Sookie started the Honor Roll Program the following week. Throughout her training, her trainer Erin kept me consistently updated on Sookie’s progress. Toward the end of the two weeks, Erin recommended keeping Sookie a little longer because she needed some extra help — and I truly appreciated that honesty and care. If Epic Dog Academy didn’t genuinely care, they could have easily sent her home, especially with the holidays coming up, but instead they did what was best for Sookie.

Everyone from the owners, receptionist/office manager, trainers, kennel techs are friendly, professional, go above and beyond to make you feel at ease about the care of your pups. I brought my five year old female boxer with reactivity issues in for behavior modification daycare training. She was paired with trainer Erin and I was blown away by the positive changes in my dog’s behavior! Erin took the time to build trust with my dog and with me. Erin set the foundation for my dog and taught me the skills needed to strengthen my bond and reinforce those lessons. This review is based on my customer service experience with Epic Dog Academy so far, as my puppy has not started his board-and-train program yet. I’ve been researching and speaking with several trainers to find the right fit for my Pomeranian puppy, Bodhi, and I’ve been really impressed with my experience with Epic Dog Academy. They have been incredibly responsive, patient, and generous with their time in answering all of my questions. As a new puppy parent, I’ve had a lot of them! I’ve spoken with both Sabrina and Dan, and they’ve been great to work with.

What has stood out to me most is that I haven’t felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. They’ve taken the time to listen to my concerns, understand what I’m hoping to accomplish with Bodhi’s training, and thoroughly explain their approach and program.

AMAZING RESULTS!!!! I am so happy with what was achieved in 2 weeks of training for my dog, it has changed his quality of life. My dog suffers from extreme anxiety making it difficult for him to focus and learn commands of any kind, once he returned home it was like a whole new dog! He knows so many commands now, walks great on a leash, his anxiety is gone and now only his new confidence shines. I am so pleased with the care he received, communication with staff was incredible throughout this experience, and most of all they exceeded our expectations. I would recommend anyone considering training for their pet to check out epic dog academy! It is beyond worth it!

So happy with our decision to have our six month old puppy to be trained at Epic Dog Academy. After returning from his two week training our boy is a happy and much more behaved than before. The owner, Vince, and the staff at Epic Dog Academy are awesome professionals. They are courteous and patient with the dogs. Their training program was very effective for our big dog. When we take our dog to the EDA daycare throughout the week, he is always very excited to go there. We're so grateful for EDA. I am very happy with the training my dogs received from Epic Dog Academy. We put 3 dogs through the training at once and it has made such a difference with our interactions at home. The ongoing support from the trainers is what sets them apart. They are always there to support you and answer questions no matter how many times you ask the same ones. I took my shih tzus to other places and they've never felt comfortable with any groomer until we came to Epic Dog Academy. My dogs actually get excited when we arrive. Epic Dog is great at communication, their prices are more than reasonable and my pups always come back exactly how I want them. We've been coming here for over a year.

We chose to do the Honor roll class with our 5 mo old Red retriever. It's been amazing seeing her training become more concrete while maintaining her joyful temperament.

They are more than just dog trainers. It feels like a community and a family that really is dedicated to helping train your dog. Our trainer was ASH! She is amazing! She truly cares about her job and your dog. She answers all my questions and my family questions. She goes above and beyond what most trainers would do.

We use Epic’s grooming services and I always appreciate how gentle they are with my dog Archie. He suffered a spinal injury when he was 3 and they always ensure that they are extra careful when handling him. 10/10! Excellent service and care

I bring my dogs here for grooming! 2 Huskies and a GSD/Husky. They have the double coats and are always shedding. Epic Dog Academy does a great job blowing their coats, detangling any matting and they look and smell great!!

I signed my 9 month old Doberman pinscher up for the 2 week board and train after struggling for months with my pups reactivity to dogs, people, cars, the smallest thing you name it she was scared of it, barking at it and lunging at it.

The actual process of her being at the board and train went smoothly. I received pictures and videos of my dog almost everyday and had constant communication with my trainer Saheed. Whatever concerns or questions I had I received timely response and felt reassured she was in good hands. Pictures and videos of the training demonstrated supervised engagement with other dogs and training progress. I also appreciated daily messages I received on eating habits and tracked amount of food intake for morning and evenings.

I’m excited about the journey with epic dog Academy with my dog Journey, my main goal of the training experience was to help her gain confidence in a new environment to help her become a better service dog. She has done amazing since her time with them, and we are looking forward to the ongoing classes as we have chosen the honor roll program and are looking forward to those group classes for life. We have loved our private sessions as well with our trainer, Jennafer. Thank you, Jennafer, for helping Journey learn new skills and hone in per commands.

EDA got my paranoid, reactive, hated my wife dog to be able to be touched and pet by my wife. Their training was great, still a lot of work to do by me to keep the results they achieved. Overall, great place to send your dog.
