They showed up when they said they would, they completed everything they said they would, the work was quality and they cleaned up before they left!

Overall, our experience with Enterprise was good. Our salesman, Steve Leachman, came out twice to explain the installation of a front door, porch columns and railing, and the replacement of roofing soffit. The installation went off with only a couple of hitches. My husband and I weren’t pleased that the nail pops on the trim around the front door weren’t filled, but Billy later explained that wasn’t part of the installers’ job to fix. We also weren’t happy that the door installers left a big ding in our wall and refused to take the blame for it. Otherwise, the new door and railing look great.

Home Enterprise was very knowledgeable and they were able to explain all phases of the work. The work was done in a very professional manner. The project was kept very clean and neat. The workers were very courteous and respectful.

I met the folks at Enterprise at the Home Improvement Show and was excited about asking them to come to our home, look around and give us an estimate for some much needed work. Then Covid hit.... We waited a couple of months beyond the time to receive a discount from the Show and had the pleasure of Scott Felty coming to our home--mask on--and making us feel comfortable! We ended up deciding to cover all exterior wood areas with siding, replacing our windows and changing out a french door (horrible air leak) for a sliding door. (And they honored the coupon from the Home Improvement Show!) We love what Enterprise did, they were efficient and did the work as well as cleaning up--a kindness for our neighbors. Do we recommend Enterprise Home Improvements? Absolutely!

I am not one to leave a review. So here goes. I think we called every company that does the walk-in shower conversation. And the prices came in up to $12,000 dollars. It was what we called sticker shock! Enterprise came in $5,000 under the $12,000. I thought no way. How would they be able to do it so cheap compared to the other bids? But Scott the VP of marketing came out to the house was so Professional and kind. We ask so many questions and he answered all of them he even gave us his business card that has his cellphone number on it. Scott just had this peace about him. A few weeks later his guys showed up and removed the old tub and tile walls and floor. They cleaned and replaced some rotten wood that was under the old tub. They cut out the water faucet and replaced it with all brand new stuff. When then they did all this work in just one day my bathroom was left so clean and...

We had put a four season room on to our house. We are extremely happy and pleased with the process and end results.

Over the last 12 years, we've had a fiberglass front door, a sliding patio door, gutters, garage roof, gutters, and windows (one of which was a large bow window) installed on our home. The work was done according to date, time, and estimates given. Their work was of quality needing only one replacement pane on the bow window after about 8 years of exposure. That work was done according to their guarantee with no additional charge. All work is performing well.

We are so happy with the products and the service we received from Enterprise Home Improvements. Our salesman was true to his word and did not push any product we didn't need.

Mike runs a very tight ship, his crew is very professional and thorough. They redid a bathroom for us and built on a four seasons room for us. I can't say enough good things about their work and about their ethic. From Mike, jason, patrick, jeremy, eric, jeffrey, carl, and everyone else that works for them they are all top notch people in every way. If I didn't like something they would change it so that I did like it. And we loved it at the very end. I wouldn't use anybody else.

My experience with the salesman and installers was excellent. I love all 3 doors and 1 window I purchased. The only issue I had was one specialty item took very long to arrive, about 4 months later than first promised. But this was during Covid so this was the reason given.

I had a neighbor's dead tree nearly destroyed my detached garage in December. I asked my insurer for a referral to find a contractor to make the repairs. I am glad that Enterprise Home Improvement was the one that I chose.

Mike Hardin came out and made a potential disaster manageable and basically took over to get the job done perfectly. He worked with my insurance adjuster so I didn't have to do anything but sit back and watch the progress of restoring the garage. All work was done in a professional and timely manner and I could not be more satisfied with the results. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable contractor for repairs or any home improvement project.

Kudos to Enterprise Home Improvements, the construction to convert our deck into a Three Seasonal Sunroom was completed in December 2020. The construction crew was courteous, arrived on time, and cleanup was considerate. There were a few challenges during the construction but the owner, Michael Hardin, was prompt in his response to resolving those challenges. I appreciated his personal interest In customer satisfaction. We hope to enjoy our Sunroom with Family and Friends for many years.
