The new windows are wonderful. They work so easily. The installers were so conscientious and cleaned up so well.

We are previous customers of Enterprise Home Improvements who have had new windows installed and also a new roof replacement. We recently needed to again have our roof replaced due to a hail storm. We didn't hesitate to call Michael Hardin. He fought with our insurance company to have our roof replaced. We really appreciate Michael and his team to their dedication for helping people. They do a wonderful job and we highly recommend Enterprise for any of your needs!!!

Very good install, but maybe I just didn't understand, hou do you lower the top half to open or to clean.

Everything was great. No complaints. Everything works fine. I love my new doors and the new locks.

I have been a customer since 2019. At first it was a patio door and 2 kitchen windows. Then two years later (2021) it was basement windows. Then, in 2022, I replaced two exterior doors including storm doors. In 2023, I need to replace the roof and this year (2025) I finished replacing the windows 9 in total including the picture window. Except for one of the basement windows being installed upside (issue found in the middle of the project before completion), there has been no issues or concerns on installation. I clearly would not have kept coming back to this company if I had a true problem. However, I have always found them professional, expert at their field and friendly. They are always willing to take on any project no matter how big or small and are always willing work with your budget and on your schedule. They have my highest recommendation.

The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew was considerate and efficient. I got the name of the company from a neighbor who had a patio cover. I told our neighbor that we were going to make a purchase and introduced her to the salesman when he came to our house and she made a purchase too. We love our new addition. It is like having another room.

Quickly convinced insurance adjuster I needed an entire roof rather then partial roof.
This was the third roof contractor, but the only one that actually argued for me.
Job completed with very short time of insurance payment. Job included gutters and downspouts and I am completely satisfied.
Others in my neighborhood have been waiting since April for their job to be completed.
Certainly would recommend this contractor.
