I ordered a storm door for my house. The two gentlemen that came were nice no problem. They worked on it for four hours and couldn’t get it completed. Had trouble getting it to hang correctly to match up with the lock. Said they had worked an hour past their time and didn’t take a lunch trying to get it figured out and we’re kind of frustrated with it. So we decided you know when you’re frustrated like that it’s probably best to give it a day and come back and look at it fresh as the next day. Which they did. They brought another gentleman with him that helped him figure out I guess the issue and it took a couple hours to complete the task. I had a few concerns with the wrap that they put on the front door frame and he put a few extra nails in it. Overall I’m satisfied. Did have to have them come back the next day and tighten up the door handle. So it should’ve been a one day job and...

The deck and screened in porch and concrete work are beautiful. Due to weather, the project was extended but the employees were always back at the next possible time to complete the task. Workers were always polite. Scott Felty was so very helpful to always keep things going and making sure the project was right. Both Scott and the owner Mike were hands-on working to complete the landscaping. I was very thankful and quite impressed.

I was planning on waiting to post a review to give the installer an opportunity to make the job look more finished. But since you have hammered me with review requests for FOUR STRAIGHT DAYS, here it is. Overall, I am happy with the job. But the shutters have plug pieces that hang out of the bottom of the vertical panels. They are white, and the shutters are black. So it doesn't look like a finished job. I hope it will be corrected soon.

I really love my sliding patio door. Unfortunately, I having trouble with the lock. I’m sure It’s not the installer’s fault but my hands just don’t seem to be strong enough to get it locked properly. I’m using just the foot lock. Is that safe enough?

They showed up when they said they would, they completed everything they said they would, the work was quality and they cleaned up before they left!

Overall, our experience with Enterprise was good. Our salesman, Steve Leachman, came out twice to explain the installation of a front door, porch columns and railing, and the replacement of roofing soffit. The installation went off with only a couple of hitches. My husband and I weren’t pleased that the nail pops on the trim around the front door weren’t filled, but Billy later explained that wasn’t part of the installers’ job to fix. We also weren’t happy that the door installers left a big ding in our wall and refused to take the blame for it. Otherwise, the new door and railing look great.

Home Enterprise was very knowledgeable and they were able to explain all phases of the work. The work was done in a very professional manner. The project was kept very clean and neat. The workers were very courteous and respectful.

I met the folks at Enterprise at the Home Improvement Show and was excited about asking them to come to our home, look around and give us an estimate for some much needed work. Then Covid hit.... We waited a couple of months beyond the time to receive a discount from the Show and had the pleasure of Scott Felty coming to our home--mask on--and making us feel comfortable! We ended up deciding to cover all exterior wood areas with siding, replacing our windows and changing out a french door (horrible air leak) for a sliding door. (And they honored the coupon from the Home Improvement Show!) We love what Enterprise did, they were efficient and did the work as well as cleaning up--a kindness for our neighbors. Do we recommend Enterprise Home Improvements? Absolutely!

I am not one to leave a review. So here goes. I think we called every company that does the walk-in shower conversation. And the prices came in up to $12,000 dollars. It was what we called sticker shock! Enterprise came in $5,000 under the $12,000. I thought no way. How would they be able to do it so cheap compared to the other bids? But Scott the VP of marketing came out to the house was so Professional and kind. We ask so many questions and he answered all of them he even gave us his business card that has his cellphone number on it. Scott just had this peace about him. A few weeks later his guys showed up and removed the old tub and tile walls and floor. They cleaned and replaced some rotten wood that was under the old tub. They cut out the water faucet and replaced it with all brand new stuff. When then they did all this work in just one day my bathroom was left so clean and...

We had put a four season room on to our house. We are extremely happy and pleased with the process and end results.
