I cannot say enough good things about England Family Mortuary in Temecula. The staff there is so compassionate and they go above and beyond to make the whole funeral service planning for the death of your loved one, in my case my spouse, bearable. At the first meeting with Porsha, I felt at ease, never once felt pressured and had my questions answered. Porsha was genuine and she cared. I knew that day, this was the perfect place and I was right. My sister-in-law who accompanied me that day was equally impressed and took an immediate liking to Porsha. Porsha was extremely helpful in coordinating the services and even called the cemetery to ensure that someone would be there before I drove there to speak with them. Porsha went above and beyond and had someone drive to San Diego County to personally pick up my husband’s death certificate when it had not arrived when expected via mail. She is simply amazing. I also had the pleasure of meeting her father who is just as compassionate. Janice was also very helpful to my brother who called with questions regarding video and audio. The entire staff is kind and respectful. They are also very responsive and keep you well updated.

The room where they have the services is beautiful and spacious and easily accommodates over 120 guests. We were also able to bring in personal effects and place them throughout the room. This same room was later transformed with tables and chairs for the repass. Everything was set up beautifully for the services and repass. I highly recommend using England Family Mortuary in Temecula. Thank you England Family Mortuary for your dedication, compassion, and kindness and a special thank you to Porsha.
