This was a five star experience during a very difficult time. Janice was polite, kind, caring, compassionate, and warm. England Family Mortuary took away the stress, they handled everything, they made calls to assure everything ran smoothly, and the communication was excellent. Donna made sure I received my documents in a timely manner as promised. Lastly, there was Jackson, punctual, clean cut, and very sincere young man. He made sure my loved one was handled with care and he stayed until the memorial service concluded to give his condolences. I would highly recommend this mortuary.

Joe was so sweet and compassionate! Really appreciate the care and support given to me and my family during this time. He helped us arrange a military honors service at Miramar quickly while I still had family in town. It worked out perfectly. Thank you 🙏🏼

England Family and every member of their staff made losing my dad a little more bearable. The love and respect they showed my family was above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for. They handled my dad with the upmost dignity and gave us all the time we needed to grieve and say goodbye in our own way. By the end of the ordeal they felt like family, so much so that we came back without hesitation when my aunt passed a few moths later. I refer them as often as I can to anyone in need. Simply the best in the west

When my mother-in-law passed away, England Family Mortuary took care of my husband and me in a very caring and knowledgeable way. From the time we called someone when she passed in the hospital to the moment she was interred in another county and afterward with the paperwork, etc., they helped us through the steps needed. All the staff we encountered were gracious and respectful. Highly recommended.

England Family Mortuary was excellent, caring, friendly and all around great. They attended every need with our family during our time of mourning and distress. Their facility was peaceful and well maintained. We felt a sense of calm while we had to decide the details of our loved one. Even after the funeral service they still continued to contact us and show us love and support.

I am so ridiculously thankful for England Family Mortuary! They went above and beyond to take care of my step-dad after he passed. The care they took not only for myself but for my mom and our whole family. They were there for us every step of the way. Any questions we had, they answered in a timely manner. Thank you specifically to Zac for all of his help in leading and guiding us in the best direction possible while we were in our grief. He truly helped us understand things. And their support dogs are so sweet, kind and loving. We even went back after everything just so our kids could meet Winston. Thank you England Family, you truly made us feel like family!

It took me a few weeks to write this well deserved review. England Family are exceptional at what they do. Compassionate, considerate, and accommodating. We had such a pleasant experience with my father years ago that it wasn't a question to return and entrust them with our mother. They absolutely have demonstrated care and understanding when dealing with families at such a very sensitive and devastating time. Every aspect of their service was beautiful including my mother. They make this difficult time easier to get through with all their professionalism and experience. Thank you to Joshua and everyone who cared for my mom.
