Contacted Luis Terrazos at Englands Funeral Home. Felt comfortable and relieved that he would take care of my mom in a respectful, caring and professional way. The office staff and the transportation man were very kind too. Luis even delivered the death certificates to my house.

Arranging funeral from the east coast, my sister utilize Google and identified business within our area of interest and then evaluated each Funeral Home based on information available on their internet site. England Family Mortuary’s website was highly informative (as were many others) but their personal video about the business enabled them to rise to the top of her list. Then she called several but felt most comfortable with England and Greg. At that point, my sister recommends my brother and I to visit in person, and we made an appointment.

We meet with Greg and have positive experience overall, and the comments they shared in their online video truly matched their personal support and engagement in the process, and ability to execute exactly what we wanted for our family.

We met with Bishop Jon Scott Harris and Porsha Harris and had a great warm feeling of true caring for our wishes and that we were in good hands with the England Family. The facility is complete and will meet our needs on our passing. The process was easy and well explained to us. The England Family will handle for us form firtst call to certificates and I found to be a reasonal price. There was not pressure o add anytthing or buy anything not needed. The pre-arrangment phase was very well done and we recommend it if this will help you make a lot less stress on your family when they will need help.

Our family received kind, patient and comforting support throughout such a difficult process. I would highly recommend the dedicated and professional staff to help guide you through all the important decisions for your loved one.

We have used England twice; in 2008 for my sister, and 2022 for my brother-in-law. Most recently we worked with Brenda Loomis who was knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to work with. She was extremely helpful, quickly answering texts and email messages, and coordinating with Temecula Public Cemetery arranging a memorable memorial gravesite service for my relatives. I highly recommend EFM, and particularly, Brenda!

I unfortunately had to lay down to rest my birth mother and my grandmother who raised me all with 32 days of each other. This was defiantly a very hard thing for me and my family to do. However, England Family Mortuary were the best! They were friendly, professional, personable and on top of everything. I want them all to know how amazing they all were at the office. Especially Zach, he helped me so much and I am beyond thankful for the care we received. Thank you for taking precious care of my loved ones!

Everyone at England family mortuary is so friendly and empathetic and accommodating. I was surprised at their level of sincerity and empathy. The driver and the coordinators and the pair of employees who picked up my stepmother were very friendly and sincere and heart felt in their condolences for us. We needed last minute changes to the service and had multiple changes for the obituary and they were very patient and willing to make any adjustments we needed. This was my first experience dealing with this and they made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I was not prepared to have the loss of my wife anytime soon. Cancer decided otherwise, she lost her short battle with cancer and passed away too quickly. I was at a loss of direction how to proceed with all that had to be done when your loved one passes. I was told by a friend that they had a family member pass recently and that they were also told how wonderful an experience they had using England Family Mortuary. They provided the assistance and support I needed at this very difficult time. I have nothing but gratitude for their caring professionalism during this time in my life.

This business is the most compassionate, professional and friendly group of people I have ever met. They have helped our family through the toughest times of our lives by making this process so easy. Our family was not prepared for the death of our husband/father. Luckily, we were referred to England Family Mortuary. They are very compassionate, caring and respectful. They understood our financial concerns and were not pushy in any way. We felt like we were with old friends in our time of grief. They understood and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.
