This was not an event I ever wanted to plan. I am so thankful to Porsha who took such care of us. She was flexible, attentive, thorough, quick to respond. Even with several people involved in planning the memorial she kept everything all together. The facility is lovely and offers lots of options to deal with big verses small crowds and budgets.

I happened to attend a service late last year at this very nice, quaint, venue. Little did I know that I would need a place to honor my son a couple of months later. From the moment I walked in, to the final services provided, I was well taken care of. I had zero experience in planning a service or being the main person in the handling of someone's passing. Janice England took me by the hand and guided me step by step in all the unexpected choices we had to make. If there is such a thing as a pleasant end of life experience, this was it. My grief is still overwhelming most of time but their team handled it all with comfort, guidance, grace and understanding. Their referrals were the best as well. Finicky Flowers was 'over the top' wonderful. Thank you to the England Family.

England Family Mortuary guided us every step of the way after my brother’s passing and made sure we had the absolute best funeral and service to honor my brother and the Chinese traditions of the family.

Porsha was amazing in answering any and every question we had along the way, and Bishop was key in making sure my mother and family were heard and comfortable during the service.

Also, I have unfortunately been to many wakes and without bias this was the best makeup and embalming job I have ever seen. My brother truly looked exactly like he did when he was alive.

I hope I never have to use their services again anytime soon, but if I do, they will be the ones I call. I cannot recommend them enough!

England Family Mortuary was quickly responsive when called early on a Saturday evening. We were one of many calls that night, but they came quickly and respectfully and reverently prepared my father for transport to their facility.

They are the only ones that I would trust with my loved ones. I’ve used them for three family members, and referred them to a friend. There is nobody better or treats your loved ones with such care and dignity.

Our Family is So Grateful for England Family Mortuary they were extremely supportive and so very helpful with all our needs with my mother. Porsche was so very helpful and kind the owners came personally and very professionally picked up my mother during the evening when she passed and were very friendly and kind and supportive during our sadness. She passed away in Nashville, TN, and England took care of contacting a mortuary in Nashville to prepare her for flight to California, handled the transportation arrangements, and prepared her in California for and hosted her Celebration of Life. I feel that the cost for everything was more than reasonable. I highly recommend England.

Zac did a great job ensuring my dad received a funeral with full military honors. The support from the mortuary during the funeral was professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend England family mortuary.

I was totally devastated when my husband died. Everyone I felt with at England Mortuary was so kind and helpful. They definitely made this very difficult time a bit more bearable. Again the kindness was so appreciated. Thank you England Mortuary.
