Having delt with England before, we have always been treated with compassion and respect. In this time of distraught, everyone is very sympathetic and supportive to our family.

I recommend 100% England family Mortuary home. I was in touch with luis since last year when my father was placed in life support. I looked around diffrent places , but this place stud out on reviews and on its prices. I can now say i choose the right place. Luis Is very compassionate ,professional and thoughtful . He made everything so easy and on time. I will forever be thankful for this Kindness and service. Thats all we need when we are going through pain. Luis also speaks spanish 👍.
The Atmosphere is peaceful , the chapel is very beautiful.
The day of the service i was please how eveything was set up , my family was able to have coffee and bread and we were all there together.. again thank you for all yout hard Dedicated work 🙏 from all my family

During our time of grief, Mr England gave us a veteran’s discount and provided professional burial services for our beloved father. His service’s were kind and top notch.

Losing my husband so unexpectedly was a terrible moment in my life. You have difficulty making decisions and focusing on what needs to be done but I shall always be eternally grateful that England Family Mortuary helped me begin to pick up the pieces. The very kind staff gently helped me to make decisions that needed to be made, were extremely prompt in returning my calls, when I had questions and provided me with options, without overwhelming me. England Family Mortuary goes above and beyond. They help make the most difficult time of your life a bit easier by helping you with final arrangements for your loved ones. We used England Family Mortuary in 2016 for my Mom and recently in December 2023 for my Dad. They are there for you every step of the way. They even help you take care of details that you don’t even think of during the difficult time of losing a loved one. They are absolutely amazing and a true blessing to our family!!

We moved from California to Tennessee three years ago. Prior to moving, I was a Funeral Director and in the funeral profession for thirteen years, including six years as a Funeral Home Manager I worked for seven different Family Owned and/or Corporate Owned Funeral Homes. I am not sure why I haven't reviewed here yet but here goes, The first service that was held here for our family was for our mom, she passed in 2016 and at the time I felt destroyed, that day felt like a blur. Our mother's service was so beautiful and dignified that I'll never forget it.
My dad's service happened in 2019 and his service was so beautiful and meaningful, Luis and Josh were so professional and cared for our well being.
I just attended a viewing tonight and we assisted in decorating for the person's loved one and the staff was amazing with helping us out with all of our needs, the decedent's family was happy with the outcome and so were we, he had such a deserved send off. So whoever is reading this, consider bringing your loved one here, you won't regret it. Once again thank you England Family Mortuary, may God bless you all.

England Family Mortuary did an excellent job with my husband's services. There was absolutely no sales pitch or pressure. After we had made the arrangements we must have called/texted 25 times with additional questions. All were answered very quickly. Everything was delivered as arranged. We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

For no reason should one want to need these services... but if you find yourself in need for a loved one then England family mortuary is a wonderful place to entrust with these delicate things... Zach and Josh were extremely professional. A huge thanks to them and the staff England Family Mortuary.

Experience here was great. I don’t really have anything to compare it to as this is the first time I had to coordinate a cremation. Working with Zach as super easy, no stress and no pressure to buy things. I had called a couple other places and they immediately began telling me about their “packages” to buy- total turn off. England was great!
