Excellent service in my time of need, I was in a different state and everything was completely taken care of when I arrived in California. Very professional caring people and I never felt like they were trying to upsell anything.

I was concerned the first day talking to an employee (or family member, I think) that answered the phone. She found someone who could take my phone call. As I have never buried a husband, I never had nothing to compare it to. Occs I felt that things were being missed. If you don't have a computer you'll you should have someone who has the ability to have an electronic signatures. I only have a smart phone. But soon everything did fall into line and the burial went smoothly 8 days ago. They were very kind and patience .

England Family Mortuary handled our family affairs with the upmost care and professionalism. We have used England Family Mort services for two family members and each time they exceeded our expectations. Thank you for taking care of the Bradley and the Myers Family.

Everything was explained clearly. And all of our questions were answered. Everyone was helpful & professional. There was only one minor problem that I was able to help them work around. So I recommend them.

My wife passed on Jan23 at home and I was at a loss what to do. Called Fry Funeral Home in Iowa and they put me in touch with you. England Mortuary took care of everything preparing her for her trip to Iowa. After her arrival Fry Funeral Home took care of her from then on. Could say more but really just wanted to say thank you for everything you did for us. I was really lost and you took care of everything!!

I recommend 100% England family Mortuary home. I was in touch with luis since last year when my father was placed in life support. I looked around diffrent places , but this place stud out on reviews and on its prices. I can now say i choose the right place. Luis Is very compassionate ,professional and thoughtful . He made everything so easy and on time. I will forever be thankful for this Kindness and service. Thats all we need when we are going through pain. Luis also speaks spanish 👍.
The Atmosphere is peaceful , the chapel is very beautiful.
The day of the service i was please how eveything was set up , my family was able to have coffee and bread and we were all there together.. again thank you for all yout hard Dedicated work 🙏 from all my family

During our time of grief, Mr England gave us a veteran’s discount and provided professional burial services for our beloved father. His service’s were kind and top notch.

Losing my husband so unexpectedly was a terrible moment in my life. You have difficulty making decisions and focusing on what needs to be done but I shall always be eternally grateful that England Family Mortuary helped me begin to pick up the pieces. The very kind staff gently helped me to make decisions that needed to be made, were extremely prompt in returning my calls, when I had questions and provided me with options, without overwhelming me. England Family Mortuary goes above and beyond. They help make the most difficult time of your life a bit easier by helping you with final arrangements for your loved ones. We used England Family Mortuary in 2016 for my Mom and recently in December 2023 for my Dad. They are there for you every step of the way. They even help you take care of details that you don’t even think of during the difficult time of losing a loved one. They are absolutely amazing and a true blessing to our family!!
