I have used England Family Mortuary 3 times. They are the nicest, most considerate family and staff. They will talk you through everything. They go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased and at peace with your loved ones arrangements. I have had experience with other facilities but once I found England there was no comparison. I can't think of a better place to care for your loved ones arrangements, they really are great. Thank you to the England Family and Staff.

I was at the hospital after my mom unexpectedly passed and had to make an immediate decision of which mortuary to use. After reading some great reviews of England Family Mortuary, I am so glad I decided to go with them. They were always so helpful, informative, patient, reliable, kind, and warm hearted. The facility is clean, tasteful and not outdated. The woman at the front desk (I wish I had remembered her name) was so friendly, kind, and sweet to me and my kids every time we had to come in.

They gave my family space when we needed to discuss how to move forward with coffins and burial. They were never pushy but actually very informative when it came to details and pricing.

We had my mother’s celebration of life service at their space and it was wonderful. I needed help to provide a minister, a pianist, and a florist. Their recommendations were perfect....

We came from out of town to handle a family members death. Porsha guided us through the whole process over the phone. She was with us step by step and made the whole process painless.

My family and I are so pleased with the entire process of planning my husband’s funeral. Greg and the entire Staff walked us through all the details. I was an emotional wreck to begin with and they were so patient with us when making our choices. They had the perfect size room to hold the Service. I can highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about England Family Mortuary in Temecula. The staff there is so compassionate and they go above and beyond to make the whole funeral service planning for the death of your loved one, in my case my spouse, bearable. At the first meeting with Porsha, I felt at ease, never once felt pressured and had my questions answered. Porsha was genuine and she cared. I knew that day, this was the perfect place and I was right. My sister-in-law who accompanied me that day was equally impressed and took an immediate liking to Porsha. Porsha was extremely helpful in coordinating the services and even called the cemetery to ensure that someone would be there before I drove there to speak with them. Porsha went above and beyond and had someone drive to San Diego County to personally pick up my husband’s death certificate when it had not arrived when expected via...

My daughter passed away on Saturday evening and I called the initial mortuary that I was working with-their service was so rude on the phone, I told them they were fired. I called England Mortuary and Janice answered the phone in a gentle and calming voice. Treated me with kindness and care and arranged everything-I was so relieved! I met with Zack on Monday to make all the detailed arrangements and again was treated calmly and with much respect. Everything went very smoothly for the Celebration of Life at our Church and then again a few days later for the actual burial-Thank You!!

England Family Mortuary was so great! They accommodated all of our needs With the military as well. It is so rare to find a small, family – owned business anymore! They usually get scooped up by the bigger companies. I truly appreciate their service to our community. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Unfortunately, a funeral home is not something we’d like to think about. But you can trust that all of your needs will be met in a professional, kind and understanding way.

England Mortuary made our tragic situation a little softer. Their communication is compassionate, knowledgeable, and clear. I was able to reach out with any questions and get immediate responses. Their pricing is very good in comparison to others. After viewing my son in a private room they arranged for us, a giant fluffy dog was there to greet us before we left. She was quite therapeutic!

England Family Mortuary definitely came through for us. We were originally going to use a different mortuary but that fell through since they were dishonest about their prices. England Family Mortuary showed honesty, sympathy and professionalism. The process of planning, scheduling, picking out the casket, etc is never easy for a family who’s already grieving but the England Family Mortuary made it pretty simple for us. From the viewing service to getting my beloved husband to his final resting place, we were overall satisfied with their service and accommodation. They might just be the best one in the area!

I wanted to say that their the best my experiences with them was so easy and the best customer service they treat my family like if we where they family they worked with us accommodated us. This is the best place if someone in your family passed way. No words can express how I feel for this company.

The staff at England mortuary were very helpful to my needs. Porsha was always available to answer my calls and text and was very knowledgeable And helpful throughout this process.

I have used EFM for my mom and husband's cremations. My only wish is if a phone call was made to me as soon as their ashes came back. Otherwise the whole process went very smoothly and I appreciated the kindness and dignity with how everything was done..thank you.
