England Family Mortuary is indeed a family that you want to assist you in a time of deep sorrow. They were not only friendly And compassionate, but they were also professional and efficient. We were able to make all of our arrangements within three days and they don’t try to upsell you on all their products and take advantage of the situation. We are so grateful for their service and for going the extra mile with their kindness.

Wonderful experience in the midst of a very difficult time. From the moment they picked up my father from his home to the burial at Miramar, everyone took the utmost care of my dad and our family. Janice was great at communicating what needed to be done. The video they produced for the family service was perfect. Our driver the day of the burial was wonderful, taking extra time to drive around the cemetery so we could see where Dad was going to be buried. I can’t thank England Family Mortuary enough. You have been amazing. God bless all of you!

Andrew was amazing. He was very patient and understanding with my family. He went above and beyond to meet our needs for my mother's funeral.

My husband and I lost our daughter during my 4th month of pregnancy. Ms. Janice and her team made the process for Eliyanah's services so smooth. She handled everything with care, concern and compassion. We had to get our daughter's body handled pretty quickly and Ms. Janice understood. We are so grateful to England Family Mortuary. When the need for their service arose, my wife and I were in no position to deal with the details, and they made it easy for my sister to handle the arrangements and for us to just sign after to verify. The customer service was amazing. Any communication between myself and them was made very pleasant and they always included cute little gifs to help cheer us up. They made it easy to ship a custom urn to them and pickup was very timely as well. Overall it was cheap and easy and they gave a very nice touch to help cheer you up. If you find your self in need of their service I recommend them for sure.

In April 2025, I contacted Greg England to discuss cremation and funeral services for my FIL. My wife and I attend the same church as Greg, this is how we got to know him.
Greg gave me his contact information to pass along to the hospital where my FIL was a patient, within a day my FIL passed away and the hospital contacted Greg.
My FIL was a WWII veteran so we wanted a full Military burial, Greg coordinated with the National Cemetery for all the arrangements. My wife and I did not have to worry if things were being taken care of, Greg and his staff handled every aspect of the process, start to finish.
Greg and his staff are caring & professional. I would highly recommend England Family Mortuary if you are in need of funeral services, there is no other facility in the Temecula Valley I would even consider.
Greg also recommended to order a minimum of 10...

They did a great job getting my Aunt sho back to the family plo in Boston. I am so grateful to them making it happen with so little effort on my behalf.

England Family Mortuary have been a pivotal assistance on my husband’s entire funeral arrangements from the preparation of the viewing, making sure that was no missing accessories on the coffin, to the flowers, book, cards and obituaries pamphlets where all in place and plenty. Later the cemetery ceremony done as expected all placed in orderly manner.
