I have used en-Vision for several home inspections and each time I am very pleased with the service they provide. The home inspectors are prompt, if not early for the appointments and provide a great level of detail and knowledge when conducting the home inspection. Within an hour of the inspection being completed I have a full PDF report with pictures, descriptions, and even quick links to reference guides to further explain any issues that might be noted in the report. We selected en-Vision Property Inspections, in Shelby Twp, Michigan, to do our pre-purchase property inspection on the house we were buying in Waterford.

We arrived at the house a few minutes early, and found that our inspector had already arrived, and had already inspected the exterior of the house even before we got there.

Our inspector, Brain Walker was incredibly thorough, detailed and personable. Although it took two hours for the inspection, Brian found many things that were of concern that completely escaped us when we looked at the house for purchase. I would have never caught these nuances on my own.

After the inspection, Brian took the time to walk us through each item and show us exactly what needed to be rectified. I appreciate Brian's knowledge, and I will be using the copy of the inspection report as my Spring/Summer To-Do list... Read more >

Brian was great. Throughout the entire process he explained to me everything while I was shadowing him, and he actually stated he would rather me shadow him than just be at the home. When he arrived, it was snowing and access to the roof would have been a hazard for him, however when he was completed inside, the snow had stopped and the roof was clear of this hazard and he was able to inspect the roof by walking on the roof. This showed an above and beyond action. I have witnessed in other fields professionals stating I tried, and couldn't instead of checking at a different time during a visit to see if a prevention was mitigated allowing someone to complete their tasks. The timeliness in the report getting to me caught me by surprise. I had his report same day, a little over an hour after he completed the onsite inspection.
