En-Vision Property Inspections

I recently had Brian with en-Vision Property Inspections complete my second home inspection, and once again, he exceeded expectations. His insight, attention to detail, and level of expertise go far beyond simply checking boxes on an inspection report.

What I appreciate most is that Brian takes the time to explain things in a way that gives you confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. Buying a home is a major investment, and thanks to his guidance, I feel comfortable and safe with my purchase. He points out concerns honestly, provides practical insight, and helps you truly understand the condition of the home.

This is my second time working with Brian, and I would personally recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough home inspector. The value he brings goes well beyond the inspection itself.

Brian did an excellent job. He showed up early, got right to work, was very diligent and detail oriented. He was happy to answer any questions I had and gave a very helpful brief rundown of his findings at the end of his inspection. It was very clear the whole time that he was a professional.

Brian did our inspection on 1/27/2026. Could not be more pleased with the work he did! He was super knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that anyone could understand. The inspection itself was very thorough and pointed out everything you could ever want to know about a property. Brian also explained the major concerns he would have and things that are minor concerns/maintenance items. The final inspection report gave a wonderful breakdown of everything that was found and discussed during the inspection, including photos. Brian did a very thorough job of inspecting my home. The report was clear and concise. He also left great recommendations on how to approach any problems.

Brian was very friendly and informative. My inspection, i feel, was very thorough and i liked that he actually goes through the information afterwards so you understand what needs to be taken care of. I would absolutely use this service agin, if i were to purchase another property.

Brian did our inspection today and I couldn’t be happier with him. He found some issues in the home and was able to communicate them with us and a timeframe as to when they needed to be resolved by. He took the time to explain both the major and minor issues with the home. As a first time homebuyers I feel as though everything wrong was communicated in a way I could understand. Our inspector, Joe, did a very thorough job. Due to some snow conditions, he was not able to inspect the roof, but he pointed out items that should be corrected and others that should be considered as maintenance items. Their pricing was very fair - I only wish that due to that, En-Vision could have done the septic field inspection as well. Thanks Joe and En-Vision for their fine work!
