My inspector was Don,
He was outstanding. He verified/inspected the home as if he was buying it for himself. I'm a first time home buyer and he saved me from a horrible investment. Roof needed repairs , outside house was rooting ( painted over ) egress windows had no drains , yard was sloped to drain back into the house , and the foundation was buckling. Not only did he save me from investing in a property that shouldn't even been for sale, he helped me keep my family safe.
